I was glad to find this add-on. I wanted something that would put the tabs up on the title bar, even when Firefox wasn't maximized, so as to make best use of the limited vertical space on my screen. This add-on solved the problem. It was a bit of overkill, with several other features, but it worked well. Unfortunately it has not yet been updated to work with Firefox 7. But I found something that actually does what I was originally looking for, which does work with Firefox 7. It is called "Tabs Always in Titlebar" and is at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tabs-always-in-titlebar/This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.4.1).
For those curious, Location Increment is at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/location-increment/
The problem with Location Increment is that it only will increment the last number sequence in a URL, it does not allow one to specify the portion of the URL to increment. It also does not increment alphabetic sequences.
Does anyone know an alternative to URL Flipper that works with Firefox 4?A better alternative than Location Increment?
This works in Firefox 4. It misses many of the features that URL Flipper has though. The main problem is this will only increment the last number in the URL. URL Flipper allows you to specify which number sequence to increment. URL Flipper also allows you to specify some alphabetic string and will alphabetically increment that string.
This was a wonderful extension. Too bad it does not work with Firefox 4. I have had to fall back on Location Increment 0.5 which is not as nice, but at least it still works. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (184.108.40.206).
