An excellent accessibility add-on Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I am an optometrist who specializes in low vision care, and I have been demonstrating LowBrowse to my visually impaired patients who are computer users ever since it's release (I examine patients at a vision rehabilitation agency and also in the VA). The patients have uniformly found it very beneficial, and very much appreciate the ability to customize how they view text on the internet. And the speech support is especially beneficial to some of my more severely impaired patients (of course, the quality of the speech varies with the operating system, but even in XP, it's not bad!). The fact that it is a free add-on just makes it that much more desirable to many of them. Kudos to the developer. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.50008).
