My Reviews

DownThemAll!

Love the DTA One-Click Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Even if you're not downloading long lists of files, this extension is great for its "DTA OneClick" feature.

Firefox likes to always download things to the Downloads folder... But if you "DownThemAll" something once, the location you put it will stay available in a pull-down list for the One-Click download. Great for quickly putting a torrent file straight into the "watch" folder, all the way across the network on your dedicated torrent box!

Would love to see manual entries configurable for that list.

All-in-One Gestures

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Just installed the newest Firefox and was surprised that my #1 most necessary extension of all time wouldn't load...

But fear not! If you click the "Visit the Support Site" link there is a newer version (0.21) that is compatible with Firefox 3.6.

I live by this extension.

Highlighter

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

No shift-context submenu appears for me. Also was sort of hoping for a "highlight all" but all it does is highlight the one selection you made.

The choice of highlights along with a highlight search option would be really useful. I'm keeping it though because sometimes I do need to keep track of one thing while scanning a large doc for others.

Context Highlight

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Provides some minor convenience in some situations. Needs some tweaking I think:

Can't add a word to highlight, so you can't highlight two different words unless they appear next to each other somewhere.

If you hit Ctrl-F you can highlight search a single word or phrase anyway. (But can't search multiple words separately.) If you could add new highlights to the list this would be much more useful, and provide functionality that isn't already in Firefox.
