Video DownloadHelper

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Downloaded VDH, and when I went to install, Firefox warned me of the permissions this program requires - ugh!
Looks like spyware.
I aborted install.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (7.1.2).

"Trivial extension" - hardly Trivial, this was a frequently used tool that always did it's job. When you update to Quantum (v57.x) you lose use of this very handy addon. I hope there will be a replacement that doesn't require me to send the entire page content to myself or another user. Email link enabled putting the URL in the body of an autocreated, and put the page title and website name in the subject line. Elegant, simple, effective.

Just what I've been waiting for. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

The original Last Tab was an add-on I used all the time. It broke a number of years ago, and a guy named Tim Humphrey wrote an unofficial add-on for the add-on, and it worked beautifully until Firefox got to version 20-something.
Thanks very much to Prince Samuel for coding this elegantly effective replacement that does just what it is supposed to do!

Should be native to Firefox Rated 4 out of 5 stars

LastTab was great. Now it is dead -too bad! This Add-On offered features and simple configuration that should be native to Firefox and easily selectable from the "options" menu.

Another LastTab Fan, & Thanks Navix! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Been using LastTab for years. I think the functionality in LastTab is how Ffx should be built in the first place; who wants no control over their tabs? When I upgraded Ffx to v10, LastTab would not go the the Last (previous) Tab when I closed the one I was looking at. I thought my Firefox update broke it. Thank again for the fix, Navix!

Has Been. Was one of my favorites. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This used to be a great add-on helper.
I used it for Firefox and Thunderbird.
Damn shame the author has let it go.
I hope a technically competent person will pick it up.

Very Nice! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This Firefox Add-on saves me a lot of time and hassle. Many won't know that it also works beautifully for Thunderbird; see . I wish you would add it to the Thunderbird add-ons page for the benefit of those users.
