My Reviews

iReader

Terrific! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I loved it the first time I used it but I've got a suggestion. Can you make the width of the reading pane customizable? (for example I wished that this pane can take up to 90% of the available width). The reason is that I wanna take advantage of my wide screen to make scrolling as less as possible.
Thanks for all your efforts

XE.com Universal Currency Converter

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Great extension and I was happy to use it but I felt sad when you missed the Egyptian Pound (EGP) which I also need! Please make the option of allowing us to pick what currencies one might be interested in to see in the long list of available currencies from the drop down list. Thanks

Tabhunter

Excellent extension but need an easy way to resize window for ever Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I can't find this file called "selectTabDialog.js". I can't find it in the whole "Users" folder! I'm using windows 7 ultimate. Any clue?

MacOSX Theme (Firefox 4+)

Wonderful Theme! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Hi, I'm writing this to tell you that it is the most exciting theme I've ever installed since FF was released!!. It's compact and very neat. I just suggest if the icons representing the folders in the "Bookmarks" menu get animated to the "Open Folder Icon" when I hover my mouse on any folder in my bookmarks list. Other than that, I didn't notice any thing to report that I can tell now. Good luck and keep it up all the time.Thanks...

P.S. I discovered that in Help--->About, the button for "Check for Updates" is cut off. It needs to be tweaked.

Hi, Thanks a lot for the quick reply and that you are not forgetting about updating the extension.
This is the screen shot which shows that you have made it possible for us to restore closed tabs if you don't remember it. This screen shot is from version 0.3.4

SwiftTabs

Any plan to make it compatibe with FF 4 beta 4 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Hi
The extension is not working on Firefox 4 beta 4. Is there any plan to update it? It's hard to use FF 4 without this extension as it allows me to close tabs and also switch back and forth between tabs very easily.
Also, I see that you dropped the feature of restoring recently closed tabs. Why? It's useful. Anyway, the other 3 features are much more important.

MediaWrap

Why it doesn't work here? Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I'm not complaining about the extension because it helped me with the problem in which Firefox reported missing quicktime plugin (even though it's actually installed) and this extension allowed me to have quicktime showing in FF

But why the extension does not help here?

Or it's something wrong with my case?
Please advice if it's me only who have weird looking media player or all of u

AvantGarde

It's Awesome but can you please consider this remark? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Hi
What can I say - really wonderful looking theme. I love it but can you please remedy this glitch which is not your fault but it's because of the way I configured my browser. Take a look here to know what I mean:
http://i39.tinypic.com/10qay6a.jpg
In words, the highlight color of menus is not correct and this is because I've mover everything to the same level as the menu bar so the menu bar became wider and so the theme highlight of these menus are not correct. Any possible fixes ?
Thanks a lot
P.S. I tried to know your email but I can't find it anywhere so if someone give it to me, I'll email you of this glitch

Chromin Frame

Why not getting rid of the title bar (or fix it) if you please Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Hi
I love this addon but why not getting rid entirely of the title bar and making the minimize, restore and close buttons on the same level as the tabs bar (on the right of it) and so - by this way - we gained a valuable vertical space and this is really a very nice thing on wide screen monitors like mine (19 inch) which is kind of short.
If - for some reasons - you want to keep the titlebar, then please give us the option to hide it and please do not forget to fix it (for the people who need it) because the text is chopped of by the tabs bar. Here's a screenshot showing what I'm saying:

Thank you so much for sharing your efforts

Waiting for your kind reply and can't wait to see this idea in a future version...

Welcome to Hell 2.0 Firefox Theme

I have 2 remarks Rated 1 out of 5 stars

First of all, the themes is looking fine but the name is really bad. I'd suggest replacing it with something else. Hell is not a joke!

Second: When adding any page to the bookmarks list by using the star in the far right of the address bar, it DOES NOT change in color to reflect that the page is among my bookmarks list! The star looks white whether the page I'm on right now is among or not among my bookmark list so this is confusing. Hope there 'll be a fix

Yet Another Smooth Scrolling

Optimal Setting for Keyboard??? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

@ Jumping Jack
Thanks a lot for sharing with us your optimal settings for the mouse. It works better than the default presets which I never liked but I have 2 questions:
1) Still the CPU jumps to 100% when scrolling but rests again to normal levels when scrolling is over - is that normal?
2) Can you please share with us optimal settings for the keyboard?

Thank you once again and wishing to hear from you soon...

SearchBox Companion

I'm afraid this is a bug Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I love this tool but i noticed an increased amount of memory consumed by FF3 since the moment i installed this extension + whenever I select an option e.g. I wanna select "Do Nothing" for "Tabs managing" under the "general" category and then press the OK button, then upon returning to the options, i find both the options selected @ same time!!! (i.e. the "Enable highlighting" and "Do nothing" options were selected simultaneously even though this is supposed to be impossible since this is a "Radio button" selection and not a checkbox)
