It flat out doesn't work. No icon is added to the toolbar, no icon is available to be added manually, no right click context menu.
Buggy Rated 1 out of 5 stars
This is a buggy add-on, to the point of not being functional at all.
They also have the gall to have a monthly subscription service that starts at $2.99. Per month. It goes up to $860 per month, but you can save 50% by buying an annual subscription for the low, low price of $5000. The only significant improvement over the lowest tier is 1 ping per day vs 1 every 3 days. And the lowest tier can "only" ping 100 websites. Like you're going to be using this for more than 3 websites max.
Do not touch this add-on. The two 5-star reviews are likely shills, just like the fake anecdotes on the add-on's website.
Simple and effective Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This addon is very easy to work with. I set the visual bookmark page as my homepage, which gives easy access to all my sites. It's simple and minimalistic without all the unnecessary flashy features of addons like FoxTab. There are a few bugs that don't get in the way too much. I just wish there was an update for the newest version of Firefox. Seems the addon is no longer being maintained.
EDIT: Scratch that, see dev's reply.

Awesome addon, but it's not functional in FF 7.0.1This review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124-signed).

Instant 5 stars for massively increasing my ability to multitask. That alone is enough. Now for the problems and suggestions.
First, while middle-clicking a link in the new division it works great, but if I try to open a bookmark or a link on my bookmark toolbar, it always starts it in the main division. Second, the ability to merge two divisions took me a lot of experimentation to find. A button or right click option would help. There are some minor problems with adblock, as others have mentioned, but I don't count addon conflicts when giving ratings. Personally I haven't had a problem with popups, so maybe that was fixed.

This add-on is potentially powerful, but the requirement that you know how to use regular expressions makes it difficult to use. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.4).
