Works well, but isn't configurable Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Takes and saves screenshots just fine, but doesn't offer any options to customize anything. For example, doesn't let the user specify how the automatic filenaming works. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.1-signed).
Doesn't work with "hover here" images Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Might be useful when using with images like the example demonstrates, however doesn't work with pictures where the bigger version only shows when hovering over the thumbnail.
This was my favourite Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Sad to see this one go unupdated... of all the screencapturing addons I've tried, this was my favourite. Sure, it had some downsides too, especially towards the end, but now I need to go find a new favourite... This is why I hate updating my Firefox - every time some good old addon dies! >:/
(Only) one big flaw Rated 3 out of 5 stars
This seems like a nice little add-on, however it has one major flaw - it totally ignores the title of the current page while taking a screencap! For example, making a screencapture on this site, it will auto-name the file "addons.mozilla.org date-and-time .png" regardless of what page you currently are viewing! It makes finding relevant screencaptures later on nearly impossible, unless you manually rename every screencapture you take. Very frustrating...
