Cool, helped me a lot, debugging long json results. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5).
Blue Ice is my favorite theme, I don't mind the larger icon (switched to small icons), and that progress bar is all right with me.
However version 2.0 is causing a really annoying ghosting effect when I move the mouse up and down over a dropped-down menu list, ie. in the Bookmarks menu. When a submenu item is colored in dark blue, I can clearly see the previous menu item fade away. I could even make screenshots several times.
Users should be notified that not only the dictionary updates, but the main Rikaichan update is available only from the polarcloud site...This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.13).
When an unread feed is clicked (bold title), all of its content shown along with a little detail. When the same feed is clicked the second time (it is read now) all of the content is shown as one-lined summary.
It is very impractical:
1. If I clicked on a feed, the whole feed considered read
2. the feeds cannot be made unread
IMHO people don't read a complete feed at a time (what's with those titles that don't interest me?), so in a few click there won't be any information about what is left unread...
So a few option would do good. It would be enough if I could set the display type (compact, low detail, full detail) that stays the same whenever I click a feed. Feed elements are marked as "New" anyway.
