I am impressed... very impressed! For the first time in years, my SeaMonkey warped it's way into the 21st century! My system's theme at the moment is set to elementaryOS - And to see it come to life in SeaMonkey is truly amazing!
Though I am also a fan of classic ( archaic? ) Netscape 4.x themes and the like, it is comforting to know I can always switch back and feel up-to-date... user interface wise, at least!
Great job and kudos to the developers!
First off, I would like to thank the developers for this Add-on! I've always wanted the "preview tab" feature ( like in Mozilla/SeaMonkey ) but for Firefox. Anyway,
Features Wish List:
( I would do it myself if I had the skills... got a few clues here n' there, but it would probably take me millenia! )
* Option to change "tab loading status bar" colour ( which is bright green at the moment ) - Stupid request... I know!
* Add NEW TAB & HOME buttons to the tab's "Navigation Bar".
Thanks to Tab Scope, I tucked away the default navigation buttons from the Navigation Toolbar in Firefox.
* Make tab's "Navigation Bar" buttons inter-active when hovered over. - I guess this is the priority!
* Option to customize/personalize navigation icons to a ( user created ) set from local file.
I like the default icons btw... and even if given the option, probably wouldn't change it!
Come to think of it, might as well throw in the URL/Location Bar & Search Bar too! ( Kidding! ) Just my 2 cents.
All the Best & Thanks,
Install Add-on... restart Firefox and... BOOM!!! My eyes almost came out of their sockets! LOVE IT! = ) ) )This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.4).
registered for an account. never got a confirmation email. about 3 months later, thought to give it another go. never got a confirmation email. sent an email - and it's been what, 3, 4 months? never got the courtesy of a reply. thought it would've been nice to give it a try. -
A Wonderful theme for my "Mozilla Suite". It does bring back a sense of nostalgia from those bygone days. Hell, after installing this... I went as far as going into the Mozilla Archives and downloaded Mozilla 1.7.13! A bit of computing history I thought would be nice to collect.
I would have to agree with some previous posts that the font rendering is indeed a wee bit small, but nevertheless, I appreciate the effort you put into this theme and am keeping my fingers crossed that it would continue on thru later versions of SeaMonkey as they come. Kind regards,
I had a zillion open tabs looking for the simplest n' quickest way to get flash up n' running - and after a good 3 hours thought I must be the dumbest person on earth... until I stumbled upon your Add-on!
Did a 'Quick Mode >> Install stable flash' and entered my password in the terminal - and the thing made me look like a true to form software engineer from nowhere! Once it was done doing it's scriptly antics... VOILA!! Got vids n' all running like a charm ^^ ) Thank you for this Add-on!
Love it! Simple, yet it saves you the hassle of having to go to Edit >> Preferences and/or having to toggle the main menu. And besides, I really prefer things ( however little or mundane ) in icon form. Would like to see more like this. Thank you! ^^ )
