Merge? Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Some websites have 2nd level nav that is done by inscrutable js code, so you have to nav to all those pages and snag each individually. You end up with multiple sets of redundant JS and CSS supporting files.
Once I've done that, it would be great if you could give me a function that would use the logic in your engine to merge multiple scraps under one set of CSS and JS supporting files. Since the scraps usually were originally using one set of supporting files, my guess is that you wouldn't have to do much duplicating and renaming/retagging.
This would support iterative re-design by just messing with one css file and one (set of) js files.
Please update version compatibility! Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I used to love that little broom (yes, it coulda been smaller).
I was sad when it got disabled for not reporting itself compatible with the latest FireFox (3.6.2).
Picking album & photo title Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Very nice concept.
1. Move the Album selector to the top and default it to mandatory (Select One) if there are more than one album available. It's a garden path problem leading people into loading into whatever album is arbitrarily the top on the list when the don't notice that selector way at the bottom.
2. Disable Photo Title if there are more than one photo in the upload area (or, better, put title input boxes under each photo). Otherwise, I'm not sure what will happen, will it title ALL the photos? (That can't be right!)
3. Do an Ajax to the host and re-populate the Album combo box whenever I click it (and make me wait). OR: Put a refresh button next to that combo box. I had created a new album on the webpage, but when I clicked your combo box, it wasn't there.
4. When I choose Create Album... two things: (1) Don't allow me to create one of the same name as an existing one (this happened to me). (2) Kodak also allows a Description to be entered when an album is created -- not totally necessary, but a convenience.
