Mozilla Labs: Prospector - AwesomeBar HD

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

One big safety issue: Phishing will become a lot more dangerous because this way you cannot see the address of the site you're browsing.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1).

Since they changed the UI of the Addon it doesn't always fit on a netbook screen properly any more.
I would even like to see Thunderbird integration!
The rest is great, as simple as sharing links should be.

Feedly - Beyond Google Reader

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

You need to get used to it first, because it is really different to other (boring) RSS readers.
But just because of this it's rentable and I would not be able to switch back to GReader. Happy having found this one.
Go on!

RSS Icon

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The FF developers could just give the option to the users to activate the button in the preferences.
But having this extension - I'm happy again!

Die FF-Entwickler könnten den Benutzern ja einfach die Möglichkeit geben, den RSS-Button in den Einstellungen wieder zu aktivieren.
Aber mit dieser Erweiterung bin ich wieder glücklich!

Freedom of moving the icon to where I want it to be Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Wasn't able to move the icon to the place where I wanted it to be.

The add-on will be disabled until I notice a different behaviour.

What a pity, the add-on itself was quite nice…

EDIT: Yeah, I have already noticed that I am able to just move the other icons, but on the one hand, for me (at least in FF4) doing this has the result that in fullcreen mode close/min/max buttons are very far left. And actually I want to REmove it, so that I have to access the add-on using file -> share, since I don't use this often enough for putting another icon to the address bar. I already have enough of them up there…
