My Reviews

Zoho Vault

just 10 day trial Rated 1 out of 5 stars

don't even bother installing if you don't want to pay. That should be mentioned prominently in the description.

FireBible

Crashed FireFox Rated 1 out of 5 stars

v. 44 after d/ling the required .dll. I did not test it in a clean profile.

Keeper® Password Manager & Digital Vault

Installed / Removed Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Should not have to create an account at conpany website using my email address just to use free functions which are local only.

Not working in Seamonkey Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Not compatible with Seamonkey , 2.35, 2.38. Has worked well for me in the past in various Mozilla based browsers (thus the 5 rating).

SQLite Manager

Installed in SM & PM too.

Fire Commander

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Works great! I also experienced the icon not being movable at first (it would allow to drag but not stay). But it is movable after restart! Nice addition to my ever growing extension collection.

Bottom UI

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It works. Feels a little strange at first but probably more efficient when I get used to it. I would give 5 stars if it had option to alter the order of the toolbars. Checking/unchecking tabs on top does change tabs toolbar location, still not quite enough.

No Caption

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

In SeaMonkey 24, just made Menu bar bigger w/o hiding titlebar.

JSONovich

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Better formatting than with other editors I have. Page (local) was slow to load.

NoUn Buttons: Unmerge Back & Forward Buttons/Menus

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Switched to this from CTR - trying to lighten the addon load - because this is the most important part for me. I can't/won't use a browser w/o back button on right next to scrollbar. I don't mind having back button in both places. :)

Firefox Button Classic Menu

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It works great in 24, just what I needed. In FF30, the main submenus won't open.

Thanks for reply. I forgot that button had been added back by CTR extension..

Preferences Monitor

Revert Security changes? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I understand the other revert entries, but not this: turn_off_all_security_so_that_viruses_can_take_over_this_computer
What are we supposed to do with that? Are we supposed to leave it as is? Looks like it should just end with "security\." so all changes to those settings would be reverted, or am I missing something?

URL n Extension Block(UnE Block)

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

URL blocking did not work at all. It prompted for password but went to site regardless. Also 2 javascript errors after entering url.

Simple Site Blocker

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

It loads the target site's page first then quickly loads a blank page. It should not even request a page from a blocked site.

Video WithOut Flash

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Works for me on Youtube, running Windows-Vista. Haven't tested embed on another site but who cares:). Wasn't seeing comments in FF anyway due to security addons.

The Addon Bar (Restored)

Works great!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It works great. Thanks. But an addon to restore the addon bar, really? It should not have been necessary. IMO, the customization by adding extensions/addons was one of the best features of FF. FF and any other browser is not fully functional without addons for security/privacy. And we have to have some space to display them (except the ones that work behind the scenes).

Classic Toolbar Buttons

moveable back button Rated 5 out of 5 stars

All I wanted was to get the back button moved to the right, next to the scrollbar. This did work after installing CTR as well, once I found the relevant setting option in CTR.

Classicish Add-on Manager

Mr Moz, Put it back Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Mr. Mozilla needs to put this in the default FF build pronto! :)

Good job Dagger! Thx

(un)clrd

Move to other toolbar Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It works, but I'd like to be able to move it off the address (navigation) bar to the bookmarks bar or status bar.
(only tested in Pale Moon 15.2)
