I just noticed that the screenshot of the options window displayed here has 'move up' and 'move down' buttons (weird: I have installed the same version 0.5 and don't have them), basically implementing already the first feature (order of evaluation) I have suggested a few minues ago. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5).
Very nice but, as others have mentioned, needs one or two features more.
One feature that could be added presumably without much effort would be to either add an 'order of evaluation' feature within the list of severs (first in the list is evaluated first, and user should of course be able to rearrange their order), or as an alternative (and maybe better and easier yet to implement) to use a specificity evaluation criterium (if two servers only differ because of the associated directory and one is a in a subfolder of the other, it is the more specific one that is offered for the switch).
The other feature has already been mentioned by other reviewers: multiple alternatives are also necessary (test, training, acceptance environments), but of course it would make the interface a bit more complicated, so for the time being, I'll stick to my bookmarklets (and associated keywords): easy to write, flexible and lightweight.
