Tab Utilities

Primitive Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Unlike tabkit you can't just hold your mouse on the tab border to shorten or lengthen it instantly when in vertical tab mode, how unlike TK it doesn't always popup it's advertising page either.

Update: incredibly this addon prevents WRITING A REVIEW FOR IT! I get an error message saying "Oops! You tried to do something you weren't allowed to do"!

Tab Kit 2nd Edition

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Sir, I don't understand you, you claim there is a way to turn off the collapse feature that I am sure annoys the hell out of everyone, and it must be many. THERE IS NO WAY TO TURN IT OFF AND IT'S VERY ANNOYING. Once again, it is that part of your tabkit bar that has a row of dots in the middle that when clicked suddenly closes the bar and is very annoying to try and undo. Second, why won't you fix the "first run" message? It keeps turning off every time firefox is restarted no matter what version I use OR OPERATING SYSTEM. That too has no option to stop in about:config, and there should be. Why is it not there, why is the collapse feature not in about:config at least either? Very annoying! Do you need money to fix this?

how do you turn off that annoying notice to drag the icon, and what the hell is that even about?

Tab Kit

I like tabkit, but John could you please do what is common sense and make an option to do away with those hideously colored tabs, no color changes at all? Why not allow users to use firefox's default scheme? Also why not allow users to determine what colors they want, including highlight colors, and if they want the whole tab highlighted, or in the ugly way you have it, which is just a highlighted rectangle over the text area? - http://truthkeeper.tk
