I do believe I'll add something more amusing later.

unknow: Works great on Aurora 7.0x builds. Install Add-On Compatibility Reporter.

* Font controls don't seem to work.

* It sure would be nice if the add-on maintainers posted the latest versions to AMO for review.

Bazzacuda Image Saver Plus

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I'm posting here because I've run out of alternatives:

1) http://konbu.crz.jp/addons/bazzacuda_image_saver_plus-0.38-fx.xpi (pre-release version?) goes to a 404.
2) Attempting to use the contact form ( http://konbu.crz.jp/contact.php ) goes to a 501:
"501 Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported(hld0TSZl)

Please just post pre-release candidates here, if this is a pre-release. AMO has a system for distributing experimental versions.

Same problem as others: breaks Mycroft.

@stoopidken: Confirmed here as well. Seems to need a restart to take effect.

Great add-on. Please update for the Firefox 4 Add-On Bar. Thanks!

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.5.1-signed).

Certificate Patrol

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great idea, and probably should be part of Firefox 4.x at some stage. Would definitely benefit from a whitelist for domains hosted on server farms whose certificates are jumbled and out of sync. See accountonline.com

Searchbar Autosizer

Firefox 4 support, please. Thanks!

Great idea. Please, more supported sites, more options (font face), and Firefox 4 support.

@TheMac5010: That would be a very bad idea. Firefox 3.0 is EoL and insecure. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla_Firefox#Release_history

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.8.1).

PwdHash

@linopolus: The extension is the source. Download the .XPI and unpack it with any Zip 2.0-compatible archiver. Presto change-o, source.

It's still using MD5, though. I'd look for a hasher that implements SHA1 or (better yet) SHA512. Just in case.

No way to exempt internal addresses from plugin. Tends to break things like the Transmission WebUI. Support forum broken in Firefox.

So glad to see this extension resurrected!

The Camelizer - Price Tracker

Insanely useful, pleasantly tiny.

FireFTP

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Points off for distributing binaries in the XPI. More points off for making the build system depend entirely on Windows (with Cygwin utilities in CVS, even). Really unimpressed, likely to remain that way until this is crufted entirely in XUL and uses Firefox' own NSS library for crypto.

swrdmstr2009: Firefox and XUL add-ons aren't limited to anything. You're using a Win32 build that's limited to 4GB for no obvious reason. ( See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physical_Address_Extension just for openers.)

Nice A.M.O people: Would be great if binaries-dependent XPIs were clearly labeled, plz.

LastPass Password Manager

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Huge, ugly (UI-ugly), not exactly a speed demon (on a T9400, 4GB, Ubuntu Jaunty), not real clear on how it works or what it uses to encrypt data (NSS would be nice, since it's sort of *built in* to all Mozilla products), and form filling needs an awful lot of work.

TinEye Reverse Image Search

Works as well as you can expect right now. Needs a larger fingerprint database. jtang234: "Bing" is not a "company."

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6).

CustomizeGoogle

Unmaintained and mostly broken.
