My Reviews

OverbiteFF

Works, but looks kind of ugly Rated 4 out of 5 stars

In order to also make this look nice, you can use this style: http://userstyles.org/styles/95379

It would be nice if this was part of the core implementation.

Screengrab (fix version)

Does its job :-) Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This really simplifies making screenshots for user-styles. Thank you! :-)

PS: Do you accept BitCoin donations?

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.97.16c).

Click to Play per-element

Works great gets rid of the annoying popup :-)

YouTube ALL HTML5

Does not work with Click to Play Flash Rated 5 out of 5 stars

...until you apply this patch:http://pastebin.com/71rVYUgMOther than that it finally makes watching YouTube videos with two monitors on Linux possible again. Thank You :-)

Edit: Nice to get a quick response! Regarding the patch: Although I did not implement it its also possible to replace an enabled flash plugin by preventing the embedded flash movie from loading. Is there any interest for me to implement this as well?

Download Panel Tweaks

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I was really missing the download speed in the new download panel. With this addon the new download panel is finally complete. :-)

Vertical Tabs

Patch Rated 5 out of 5 stars

So why doesn't it say so anywhere? ;-)

Anyway... You should have received that pull request by now. :-)

Vertical Tabs

Patch Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Hi,

I like this cute little extension, but I was annoyed by the fact that the tab list was not hidden when switching to fullscreen mode. So I wrote a little patch which adds this feature (checkbox may be disabled). This also fixes disabling the extension without breaking the browser layout. (See patch)

Please release a new version with this patch soon. :-)

CookieSafe

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Looks like I have to do some more Ego polishing... :)

To everybody who did not realize it yet... CookieSafe's support for Firefox stops at 3.6.* which is why I am currently maintaining newer versions of this addon here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cookiesafe-ff-4-compatible/

Done ego polishing... :P

Fission

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I really liked this extension. Unfortunately it was not updated for Firefox 4 and I will miss it but at at least I just found the "Status-for-Evar" extension which (other then converting the Addon-Bar back into a Status Bar) allows you to refissionize the URL Bar :) It's a good replacement even through I would not need all that Addon-Bar stuff...

BYE FISSION :(

Prefswitch

Is anyone interested in a Firefox 4/Gecko 2 version of this extension?

CookieSafe

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

For everybody how was complaining about my fixed up version not changing permissions correctly:

I have released a new fixed version of CookieSafe but you probably have to manually install it since it is not yet reviewed.

CookieSafe

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I think this is an excellent extension and as such it should continue to run under Firefox 4, created a Firefox 4 compatible version of CookieSafe here and would like people to test it: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cookiesafe-ff-4-compatible/
