My Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

This is an ok addon, but there are loads of really annoying things that bring my rating down. Firstly, the tab text colour doesn't change from black to white to contrast with the tab colour, like it does in FabTabs. Secondly, there's an immensely annoying white gradient in the tabs. Thirdly, the tab text goes bold and moves down a few pixels when you select the tab, which is really annoying too, and there's also an annoying delay to this too. Fourthly, there's no way to change the tab colour opacity WITHOUT affecting the favicon or tab text opacity along with it. Fifthly, it doesn't tell you ANYWHERE what "Aggresive mode" does. Sixthly, the support forums don't work. Seventhly, there is no way to disable any of the options that cause these annoying things.

It's really great, except for one thing. Can you make it so I'm able to set a custom colour of my choosing instead of one taken from the page? Because when there are popup bars at the top of the page it gets the colour wrong or if the main colour of the site isn't at the top or is in a different place on different websites, then it just looks silly.

Ok, but some annoyances Rated 2 out of 5 stars

It has this really annoying white gradient line in the tabs of which there is NO option to get rid of - the tabs I look for would be like those of FabTabs which is a normal to slightly dark gradient from top to bottom, not a white to dark to normal from top to bottom. Also, sometimes the domain presets don't work or don't show up, especially when opening the chosen domain in a new tab. Also, I really don't like how it changes the tab text and moves it lower than it should be. A good thing though is the gold border that indicates activity. That's one thing I would like as a seperate addon.

Thumbnail Zoom Plus

Causes My Wireless Cam Page To Fail Rated 2 out of 5 stars

It's a good addon, but it freezes the video stream of a Wi-Fi IP camera I have. I know it is this plugin because I tried disabling other plugins then restarting and nothing happened until I did it with this one. Another thing I don't like is that I had a previous Facebook zooming addon that placed the zoomed image right next to the cursor, and it moved as the cursor moved. This addon keeps the photo still, and it can get in the way.
