If you need a cross-platform cron, this is it. If you say 10 minutes, it runs at :10, :20, etc. like cron, not every 10m on hitting OK/Save. But it’s old, and notifications don’t work, so it’s hard to tell if it works. But it does.
As a mail notifier, by default, it's minimal -- says if mail (count in tooltip), no mail, or no login. That's it. Meanwhile Gmail Manager always shows count, and tooltip shows label counts, unread summaries, space used... And it's highly customizable. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.2).
It could be be good, but NetRenderer is but blocked by my work proxy, and I was hoping this might resolve it. Back to BrowserLab.
I don't get a lot out of this, as I just have one account now, maybe more later -- but anyway, it's just weird how slow the status bar feedback is, while TB itself downloads at apparently the same speed as without it. And if you check multiple times at once, for those really important emails or a whole batch that is just now coming, it gets even more out of sync. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.5).
It's just a little more useful than Parent Folder, sans favicons.
I love the colorful Nuvola, and I love these themes too.
Some minor issues: Add-on icons don't look great in the nav bar, and there's a slight bug with the icons if you open bookmarks and search.
All the new commands look pretty handy, but one thing I notice already is there is no "mark all read," and the red italics are a bit much -- disabled that though and doing OK.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.8.6). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
It works good and as expected, but at least in Firefox 6 beta, you cannot put the up arrow between the other two arrows.
It's good but could be more helpful when there are download issues as it's a download helper -- if it's http://ftp, try ftp://ftp; check downloaded size against size on server; do not allow execute if not downloaded yet; etc. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.8).
GitHub download for fx6 works in Firefox 6 beta. :)This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Clicking on the icon does nothing in Firefox 6 beta, and I really don't feel like patching just to make it work when I've never used it before.
This download for Add-on Manager needs updated to 2.0 (not 2.0b) as the Add-ons site. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0).
I could not get it to pop up on the tab bar in 3.6.13 even with that option enabled. It's a lot like Showcase.
Amazing! I want it on offline sites too. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.0).
It has promise but actually prevented me from opening a new tab on Dell's download site via drag-and-drop just hours after installing and seemingly no setting to resolve it.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.8.3).
You can edit folder icons with userChrome.css; Google for details. I only wish the mouse overs had a delay option as one most often mouses over the bookmarks bar just to get to the nav or menu bars.
