Add-ons I've created
Seems redundant Rated 3 out of 5 stars
You can already do this in Firefox, just go to options and turn on "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order". It also shows tab previews of your most recently used tabs. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6).
Causes issues with some sites Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Firefox 53 has a new setting which allows limiting referer to same-origin with less side effects (network.http.referer.userControlPolicy = 1).This user has a previous review of this add-on.
Keeps history relevant Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Nice work beating Expire History By Days to WebExtension!
Convenient and informative Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks for making this, these built-in settings need more publicity. Most referer addons are currently outdated and/or overkill for what most people need.
Great for download managers Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Switched from another similar addon to this for the e10s support.
Shame *ding* *ding* *ding* Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Invaluable for calling out developers for not supporting e10s.
Very promising Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Works great with reddit outbound links. Doesn't work with Google search result links. It would be nice if it also worked when copying links to clipboard.
Excellent! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Keep in mind this will only work if the .desktop filename matches the application name. This can be a problem if you customize the .desktop file or use Mozilla builds of Developer Edition and Nightly which share the same application name.
Sanity saver Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Good compromise between manual and automatic updates that saves a lot of hair pulling from bad addon updates.
Great for download managers Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Streamlines copying multiple links into one easy action and conveniently notifies how many links are copied. Very useful for sending links to download managers that monitor the clipboard.
2016 update: I reduced the score from 5 stars to 3 due to lack of e10s support.
Discover hidden customization options Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Makes it much easier to explore the wide array of powerful internal customization options available. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.20.2014120302.1-signed).
Simple and effective Rated 5 out of 5 stars
It's nice to see visual feedback when loading pages.
Convenient Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Works well for standard links but not redirect links like those found in search results. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.1.1-signed.1-signed).
Essential Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Much needed relief from distracting animations. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (184.108.40.206-signed).
Can't surf the web without it Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Fantastic idea and implementation but suffers from performance problems with large numbers of tabs.
Rearranging tabs, dragging and dropping is clunky and slow. Dragging large numbers of tabs is best avoided.
The tree structure often doesn't retain its order between sessions and can get muddled into a mess.
Addonfox Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Addonfox is more customizable than ever! Just install yet another addon to get basic functionality which may slow down startup, update late, become incompatible, abandoned, introduce bugs or even security vulnerabilities! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (220.127.116.11-signed).
You won't go back Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Even though it makes imgur links take a little longer to show ["Checking image"] and gifs take longer to start playing, the end result is worth it. No more slideshow loading or premature looping, when it starts playing it plays all the way through perfectly. The ability to pause, scan through the frames, see the play length and when it loops are all very useful features.
Now if only imgur would natively support short HTML5 videos...
Not worth the risk Rated 2 out of 5 stars
Recently I had a system crash and FF28 stopped restoring the last session or allowing the layout to be customized. By systematically disabling addons I managed to narrow the problem down to this addon. Reinstalling it solved the problem however the risk of this happening again is not worth it. I had the Firefox button in the navbar when it happened, it is probably wise to leave the button in its default location.
Circle all the things. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Love the sight circles, no more hunting for the highlighted text. Slow performance when typing is the main down side. Would also like to be able to integrate the Find Bar into the Nav Bar so it doesn't cover parts of the page, drag and drop it there like other toolbar controls. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (18.104.22.168-signed).
