Minor troubles Rated 4 out of 5 stars
First I thought that the Reformat special characters option didn't work. It does work with the regular copying, but I was using the "Copy Without Spaces" option. Turning that option off made the special character reformatting work.
The other problem has to do with copying text from a URL. It works great so far, including special character reformatting. However, there is a problem with the shortcut used by Copy Plain Text (P). This "P" shortcut is already used by Firefox for "Open Link in New Private Window", which is one of the options shown in the context menu when you are on a link. Could the developer perhaps change the Copy Plain Text shortcut key from "P" to something else? Or possibly even make it configurable?
Copy "selected" text? Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This add-on works great so far, but what would really be useful is to be able to copy only "selected" text. When holding "ALT" key, it is possible to highlight only part of the URL text. However, currently even with just part of the text highlighted, "Copy Link Text" will copy all text, not just the highlighted portion. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52-signed).
