Download Star

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Could you make the detection not sensible to the case of the extension letters, please ? For exemple currently it detects correctly the .pdf files but not the .PDF files.

Another suggestion, less urgent, would be also to be able to reproduce the tree of the subdictories as did DownThemAll.

Could we have an option to toggle between "BBCode by default" and "HTML by default" ? It would be very nice !

Thank you for such a great add-on !

Tree Style Tab

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Hello !

The new version 2.2.7 doesnt work at this moment with my FF 57.

I let it as is, without disabling it, waiting for the next release 2.2.8 or other which will come automatically.

My appreciation was 5 stars with the previous version (XUL) and there is no doubt that it will be back to these 5 stars very soon, as soon as I can see the vertical tree again.

A great thank you to the developer for this exceptional extension !

Excellent! A request: please be kind to feature a button for the toolbar. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

As said in the title.

Excellent add-on! I love it!

I have just a request: please be kind to feature a button for the toolbar. It would be very nice to have it in the toolbar or in the menu of tools at the top right of Firefox.

Adware itself ! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

This shit propose to install itself whenever you download something from MediaFire (which is used by many although honest developers to distribute their products). And when installed (I've tried in a sandbox session) it tries to change many things in the computer and in the way the internet browser works). This add-on is in fact ITSELF an adware!

Location Bar Enhancer

Long URL warnings Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Sorry but I, as many people, have exactly the same problem than already reported by a guy you've sent to Github because "abusing". No, he doesn't abuse. He says what he has to say here in a place which is made for reviews. When there is a big issue it is here a good place to tell it, because it is here the place where other users will come to see what are the plus and the cons of a product. This message "This page has a long address, etc." is so frequent that it becomes absolutely boring, and not only that but also it makes the page shiver without any possibility to cease that behavior. So either you remove definitively this message either you will loose probably many users which were previously very happy of this plugin!

And about Github, I would like to recall that it is a platform which is more for the developers and testers than for the end users! An end user is not necessarily someone versed in IT... and also you should put yourself at the place of a single user: to add comments to Github it is required to create an account! So... create an account to simply leave a message? is ALREADY a place dedicated to introduce the plugins to the users and with places for comments by them!

Until now this plugin was absolutely wonderful. But since the day this new message appeared the first time it now appears 50 times a day! And with in addition the consequence of making the page shiver! So this plugin is hugely decreasing in its interest if this issue remains still longer.

Tab Groups Helper

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Wonderful Add-On!

I've just found a little bug in the current version. Let me explain. I'm a user of Tree Style Tab (current version too). And I have tried to move (by a drag&drop) a sub-tab (not a parent tab but a child tab) to another group shown in my tab groups bar. It seems that Tab Groups Helper currently refuses. To figure out, I have had to promote the child tab (by moving it as an individual tab) then a new attempt to move it to another tab group ended this time with success. So it seems that the current version accepts to move a full tree (I have tried, it works) when moving the parent tab... but seems to not accept to move a child tab. Unless an error by myself, I let you try this experience and confirm or not. Anyway, your TabGroup Helper is really a wonderful add-on! One of my most useful add-ons! Bravo and merci! (from France)

Signal Spam

Fonctionne très bien... maaaiiiis c'eeeest leeeeeeeeeeeeeennnntttt ! Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Tab History Menu fix

A very little modification to do, please... Rated 5 out of 5 stars

In the options, for "Don't display history menu while..." could you add a check box for "Double-Click", please ?

Because like many people I use a double-click to refresh a tab, and it should be great to avoid the menu in that case.

Apart that... I really love this plugin!

Tab Utilities

Open this link in a new background tab Rated 5 out of 5 stars

On the menu of a link, could we have a new option called "Open this link in a new background tab" ? It isn't provided presently... It would be excellent also to have this option available in the options to choose in the dropdowns for "On links" in the "Mouse" page of the Options panel in order to have for that option a shortcut like Ctrl-Click, Shift-Click, Ctrl-Shift-Click, etc.

Wonderful. Note : a little bug with [[..]] Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Excellent add-on. I love it !

Just a little bug to work on. Here it is :
- An optional script (with square brackets) isn't understood when written with indented lines.
- Example:
This works :
[[<tr><td>Copy</td><td align="center">:</td><td>%cc%</td></tr>]]
But this doesn't work :
<td align="center">

I think that you exit the procedure in a premature way by encounting an "end of line" (EOL) although ONLY the detection of a "]]" should induce the exit of the optional phrase regardless the number of coded lines.

A little bug which is certainly very easy to correct.

SelectionSK Ancient

Awesome, and in my native language I'll say : magnifique ! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Works fantastically well in my Thunderbird (actually version 14) with >>ALL<< my search engines installed on Firefox ! (it links DIRECTLY to my french Google, image Google, Bing, Yahoo, french Wikipedia, french Amazon, american Amazon, french eBay, Youtube, WordReference, etc.) simply by setting the max number of search engines in the extension... to my 10 prefered engines I have installed in my Firefox.
Thanks also for the ability to link to dictionaries. In this part, I'd like to suggest a link to the very known WordReference (if you don't know it... it's a dictionary online for the 15 most used languages in the world and it also includes the totality of the prestigious Oxford Concise English Dictionary (see and one of the largest thesaurus and one of the biggest synonyms' index and a three language verbs' conjugator ! And all that can by freely assisted, on demand, by linguist helpers (some of them are even professionnals) in internal forums ! I'd like to have this very known WordReference in the list of the direct dictionaries. Possible for a next release ?

Great thanks ! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great thanks for your decision to maintain this add-on ! I was disappointed to see the original definitively abandonned. I missed it, none other beeing as nice as this one to capture screens fully or partly. Fireshot is quite well... but not free refusing to work after 30 days of trial ! A shame. Screengrab does exactly the same work (and without any bug) and it IS free, and that's an excellent argument to adopt it ! Thanks to you to keep it online !
