My Reviews

Cookie Controller

Very Powerful and Handy Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Unfortunately, the configuration is extremely daunting and confusingly laid out. However, I have a very nice opt-in system for allowing cookies. This+Noscript has made my setup very pleasant. Thank you!

Pentadactyl

What a great addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars

It's so wonderful, this world of vim. I love using it wherever I go. I can't live without it - it's like it was born into my natural fingers. Thank you so much to the hard-working developers to make Firefox become something transcendent.

Besides it being an awesome addon, it helps me reduce usage of the mouse in an otherwise-mouse driven web. This reduces the pains I haven't been able to alleviate via alternatives. Using the keyboard is far more ergonomic and productive to me.

Always Zoom

great Rated 5 out of 5 stars

had issues installing with the last beta but installs and works wonderfully!

Unityfox

Great! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Simple, restartless addon! All of the use-cases are covered, bug-free, works like a charm.

Lightbeam for Firefox

Fabulous Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Eye-opening, even if one has noscript installed it shows the vulnerability of personal privacy. Has a bit of a delay to update but I'm imagining it has to fetch a lot of data.

Disable Ctrl-Q Shortcut

Thank You! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I screamed foul curses for the last time. What the hell kind of shortcut layout is it that closing a tab is next to quitting the whole program?

Flash-Aid

Fabulous Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Fixed some ugly audio bugs for me. Had been driving me mad.

NoScript Security Suite

Not just awesome for Security Rated 5 out of 5 stars

NoScript brings obvious benefits of security. However, it's wonderful for providing an opt-IN method of webpages. I'm sick and tired of pages bogged down with so many javascript entries from useless entities. I enable the core website, maybe a few other necessities, and then I'm never bothered by extraneous scripts ever again. I love it. It makes browsing on typical computer setups cringeworthy.

Of course, this addon requires integration to your overall browsing flow. It definitely isn't for some. But I recommend it highly. Having used it for years now, I only need to tinker with it on domains I've never visited before.

DownThemAll!

Grab and Drag

Great, natural Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I've been using it for years now. Love it so much. It requires heavy customization on my part but it's definitely worth it for me.

Find Toolbar Tweaks

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I love it for the functionality of not having to manually close the bar when I'm done. Otherwise, it's pretty unmaintained and a little buggy from time to time but I've had it for a few years now.

Link Location Bar

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love this addon. I was surprised Mozilla reversed the change, it seemed like a golden idea.

Personally, I'd like an option to get rid of the useless chrome-y loading statusbar thing entirely, even on load. We have a throbber at the top already. But that might be beyond the scope of this addon's purpose and the developer's visions.

I love it and recommend it.

Tab Wheel Scroll

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

One step closer to complete integration to Gnome. It's fantastic. The defaults are odd, though, up-scroll should be left and down-scroll should be right.
