Most of the time it fails to open the dialogue box for the save destination, but when I am able to save the file, there is only sound, no video.

Wrongly reports links as dad when they're not. Also, going to another site to check the links is slow, it would be better if the link was highlighted as dead/live on the webpage.

There is no way to do anything other than open the selected links in new tabs. The author claims it can do many things including bookmark selected links.... not so.

Works well in Thunderbird, rather ironic that I had to create this review in order to create an 'editable text box' so I could enable the dictionary in Firefox! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.56).

Quite disgusting how Evernote are stealing the data from user's and selling it, all without any notice being given. Try using it without 3rd party cookies being enabled, and you'll find it just doesn't work.
Why should ANY 3rd party, unknown to me, and not providing ME with any service receive MY data for them to exploit anywat they choose.
Sorry to say there are way too many stupid people who give their data away freely without any thoughts of what it's being used for, or by whom.
One step to far for this user, the clipper is history from desktop, table and phone, and as the Evernote account isn't any use to me without the clipper, the Evernote app is also history as is the account.
MY data is MINE, and if anyone is going to make money from it, it should be ME. Anonynous data thieves can take a running jump, I'M not for sale. If more people got smart and realised big brother is stealing their data and making money from it and dumped such thieving software, perhaps we'd be able to use technology for the purpose it was meant for, rather than being a conduit for companies to spy on us and intrude on our lives in order to sell us things.
Much lamented. Shame it doesn't work with version 52.5 Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Thunderbird did a dirty trick when my profile was damaged and auto updated itself. Now I find most of my addons don't work, and this is one of them. I've used it for about 7 years or so and found it very useful. The ability to have custom alerts for different accounts and folders (useful when using server side filters) and the ability to silence the alert for routine mail such as newsletters etc was invaluable. I hope it can be updated or a replacement arrives soon.
The star review is simply because it doesn't work (can't give it full marks when it doesn't work!), otherwise, it would get full marks.
another reason to leave firefox Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Now stopped working in Firefox56. With more and more of my favourite addons not working with each update of FF, there is little reason to stay with FF. It isn't the browser it used to be, and it's rivals are better than they used to be. The FF I am forced to use now, is not the FF I wanted because the addons that make it work the way I want it to, don't work.
Shame, but this fiasco with the addons will damage FF.
I used this addon ,multiple times each day, one of the most useful I have ever installed, of course there was no warning from FF that it wouldn't work. What a way to treat users.
Another victim of FF's extension policy change Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Doesn't work with FF55 upwards. Was good whilst it workedThis user has a previous review of this add-on.
Has worked well Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I've used this for at least a couple of years and it's always been foolproof and reliable (with the exception of an unexplained minor bug I experienced once).
It's a shame the author is not going to maintain it in the webextensions era, but I understand.
The demise of this extension will leave a hole in the Firefox armoury unless someone steps in and creates something that works in the future.
Thanks for your work in creating this fine work 99om4!
Doesn't work in Win 7 Rated 1 out of 5 stars
It's not a straightforward installation, as well as the extension, other software has to be downloaded and installed.
Seems to run ok, and the clock countdown to zero, but then an error is indicated. The error suggests a path error but there is no path available to edit.
Altogether a messy extension.
Contacted the author for help.
No response from author - says a lot when the author doesn't respond to bug reports on his own support site.
Pretty safe to assume this extension is dead.
No response from author Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Emailed author to see if it was being updated. No response. Think that answers the question. Hasn't worked for a while and not going to now that FF is changing the add-on policy/coding.
Consider it dead and buried. Shame, good whilst it lasted.
Skips all links Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Doesn't actually check anything, simply skips everything
nothing happened Rated 1 out of 5 stars
it simply went to another site where I had to manually get it to scan, It then took some time (minutes) before returning to the start scan page. Nothing appeared, no results, nothing. I imagine it was going to make a list of links good/bad but it didn't. In any case, I think people want to see the links highlighted as good/bad in the original page, not go to some other site for a report.
It was also far too slow. Checking a page needs to complete ASAP, not take several minutes.
Not worth a single star
Appears to have stopped working in FF54 Rated 2 out of 5 stars
As title says, doesn't work in FF54, and the author's pages are dead. I've used it for a long while an d it was very good. Shame it now appears to be dead.
Works perfectly Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Neat display in the status bar - you need an addon to display the status bar, plus sub menu under Tools for refreshing the IP, copying and setting the auto refresh interval.
Works perfectly, but only displays IP4, it could do with an option to show IP6
works great FF50 Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I won't be updating Firefox until my favourite add-ons like this one are compatible.
Using FF52 (23/01/18 ignore the 'review' date, the site is screwed up)
Doesn't work Rated 1 out of 5 stars
There's no options or settings, but the add-on doesn't do anything. A green page opens, saying "loading..." and that's it. It never finishes loading, never gives any error message, never does anything.
I wish the author well with it.
Poor, very poor Rated 1 out of 5 stars
On some sites, this works ok. Nothing brilliant, clumsy GUI but it does record the page. On others.... text formatting, paragraphs etc disappear, big areas missing from the page and the page unreadableThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.2.0). This user has other reviews of this add-on.
Uses button on toolbar Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Clicking on button gives nice big display of IP address.
No options, and description on Mozilla Site could do with some description of how it works.
It seems to work but I'm after a permanent display
Same as previous review Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Totally unfunctional, not worth any stars, total dud
It would appear the developer doesn't "read every comment and want to hear what you think."
