I've spent 2 days trying to get this tool to do anything properly. First, the site spidering is horrible. I finally got around the lack of documentation and figured out that the sitemap xml file has to be on the same domain as the site I'm testing. It just absolutely *would not* load the file locally.
After that, the spidering just randomly hangs at various points. I have 30 pages in my sitemap file, started it at 6pm last night, and when I got in today it was just stuck. I ran it several additional times today and again, it just hangs at a random spot.
Another issue is that it doesn't respect IE conditional stylesheet comments and includes those in the css rule reports.
This tool needs a lot of work to be in any way useful and not a developer time-sink.
Seems like a split down the middle of people that love the new FF3 bar and those of us that find it utterly useless.
Either way, I'm glad the author wrote this extension. I now have the best version of FF yet, but I have the highly-functional old url bar too. Perfect.
Just installed this, recommending to our entire IT dept. It integrates very, very nicely into Firebug. I'm really surprised this wasn't built into Firebug by default. Good job! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.0).
