Couldn't be without it Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Fantastic & needs to be part of the core code of the next incarnation of Firefox. One added feature that I would like is to be able to select is not just to have the "Download Manager Window- Open in a new Tab", but to be able to select the position of the tab as "Before Open Tabs" (i.e. to the left of currently open tabs). Now that we have alot of mp3 & video files available for download (which take time to download), its useful to be able to put the Download Tab out of the way to the left (which I currently do manually), which enables me to keep an eye on the number of files downloading & the % download, whilst continuing to Browse in other open & new Tabs.
Otherwise, an absolute 'must-have' Firefox Extension. I can't imagine using Firefox without it!!!
Works perfectly every time- should be core to 3.0 Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Does just what it says, saving time & effort and without having to search page after page of search add-ons through the 'Firefox Add-ons: Search Engines' page.
Also allows you to save search engines for specific sites you use regularly, even if you're only looking for your favourite recipe at 'delia.com' !!!
Should be core code for 3.0 Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Makes life so much easier when browsing the web.
- Especially useful for sites such as 'GenesReunited' that show massive family trees as a flash object with very poor navigation control. With this its so easy to move around the screen effortlessly.
- Also useful for sites such as 'Ancestry.com' which use large images of census data. Just as easy with this extension.
Only fault so far is the necessity to toggle it off before being able to select text (or have I got the settings wrong?). And the control settings are not as obviously self-explanatory as they might be. (Hence only(?) 9/10!!)
