Half-baked reference. You'd still have to go to sitepoint to get full syntax.
I've always wanted some offline browser, and have looked around to modifying http headers so that everything is cached by force. But sometimes, it fails... Breadcrumbs seems to offer the solution, not to mention it also includes a search feature. But still, I am not able to save all my visits to Mozilla Developer Central, probably because it's https. I hope this can be added as a new feature. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.5).
Now I know what events are fired when a contenteditable=true element content are changed. Recommending this to all XUL developers! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.4).
I've managed to edit the rules from about:config dialog. With that, now the extension works as I wanted.
This extension is a godsend for browsing documentation pages, especially API pages that hardly change over time. Even for changed pages, you can always force refresh using ctrl-f5. I suggest creating a profile and run with -no-remote option if using for documentation browsing, so that it won't interrupt your default profile's browsing behavior.
Now I can get rid of those caching proxy-server that needs to be purchased to fully work.
I'm on running on gtk linux. I've always wanted an offline browser (was working on one till I came across this) so I thought this extension is the perfect solution for this when used as a seperate profile, running with -no-remote option. I tried to edit the settings so that everything, including text/html, will be cached, but I cannot find a way to save the settings. Everytime I change the list to whitelist, or delete the text/html entry, and press close (the only button visible), and try to open preferences again, the list settings show no change.
Don't know if this is a bug or not, but in the meantime can you tell me how to edit the list manually (maybe edit about:config somewhere)?
