Simply...doesn't work (properly) Rated 1 out of 5 stars
See that little round firefox logo at the top-left of this page?
Try out this feature on it.
Didn't search for the firefox logo image, did it?
Try it on another page. ANY page...
I was excited to see this add-on, as the feature of right-clicking an image and clicking on an option would be a 2-click reverse image search, but...
It just doesn't work...correctly.
Can you right-click an image, select "Search Image on Google", and get a new tab that opens to Google's results of a reverse image search?
But it *ONLY* seems to select BACKGROUND images, which, 99 times out of 100, is NOT the image you were looking for. The only time I can think of that an image you'd want would be coded in to the page as a *background* image, is if they are trying to KEEP you from downloading it (like pictures on Flickr or DeviantArt, where the artist has *specifically chosen* to make the image unavailable for download).
So really, the way that this functions right now, it can *ONLY* be used UN-ethically, which I don't think was the author's intent.
