This is the only tabgroups manager that is actually USABLE (without this plugin, it is easier to switch between 20 windows than hassle with panorama... it is an awful invention, without any usable alternative way to handle groups). So only kind words this add-on can receive. Kindest words.
Using panorama is like when you have hands and legs cut off and you have to writhe for your life with the limb that is not yet cut off. IMPOSSIBRU!
I have always couple of hundred permanent tabs open. And couple of hundreds or more "temporary tabs"...
So imagine my frustration ... without this add-on (it is imaginobru!)
And this add-on is quite keyboard friendly... Well, maybe it needs "move current tab to" menu item for consistency and speed... nothing, that can't be improved at the end of the day. Why?
This is actually the reason why I came here in the first place. I came here To Complain. About unusable FF. Can you, dear developer, fix the issue --> FF's default "Move to Group" in tab context menu is unsorted!
It neeeeeeeds to be sorted. I really do not understand what is in the minds of the "Original FF" developers.
But original "Move to Group" is the fastest way to move tabs (less clicks).
So what else... "Options" should be also visible in Add-ons Manager :)
Tips for others: excellent companion for this add-on is Multiple Tab Handler.
Thou, in menus you can select multiple tabs with "ctrl-click" and move them to new groups (sorted list!), I'd say it usually better to use features that Multiple Tab Handler provides - select tab ranges (shif-click) - and move those ranges through... unsorted menu :(
Use them both and ... and there will be much rejoicing! YAY!
