My Reviews

FoxyProxy Standard

Clever and innovative Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I've used separate profiles set up for TOR before and my main profile tends to be privoxy filtered. However, FoxyProxy doesn't just set up your proxies hasslefree but adds extra value, in that it allows you to use your proxies in new and innovative ways. For instance, I'm actually using TOR on a daily basis now, but only for web searches that tend to be light in traffic.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.8.9).

Permit Cookies

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

All the cookie management I need: A keyboard shortcut and the option to allow, session-allow, block or remove. Thanks.

P.S. For Ffx 3: Go to the dev's website and download the version there - allowed for 3.*

Nice icons, bad tabs Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I love GNOME and I love Clearlooks. So needless to say, I think this is a good idea. The icons are well chosen and well implemented. My only objection is that the tabs look like they're free-floating above the page rather than being directly attached to it the way it is with the default theme.

very nice Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Guarding my screenspace jalously, I was pleased to see that this not only does FYAT but also removes the search bar when it no longer needed. Recommended.
