I've been using a Greasemonkey script to do something similar, but it broke somr google sites that didn't have the bar (like the document editing screen in Google Docs). I tried a different one, and it broke Google Reader. This is exactly what I've been looking for. However, it doesn't weem to work on Gmail. I'd also like to suggest the ability to add non-Google sites (like my hotmail, or my local new site) to the bar. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.3).
On at least one of my PCs, I once again get a blank window when I click "Organize Favorites." At least one of my other PCs works, though. Both are running FF Aurora 9.0a2.This user has a previous review of this add-on.
I installed the latest build (0.0.8.6pre.110429a), but I couldn't re-arrange tabs.
I had to go back and re-add that line in the xpi (the forum post referenced here: http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=51875#p51875) to make it work again.
PlainOldFavorites isn't working properly in FF 5.0 Beta.
I see the "Favorites" menu, but I only have the "Add to Favorites" and "Organize Favorites" options. None of my Favorites show up below in the menu.
I am running version 1.1.3 of the plugin.
