Saving me being tracked from everyone (might still be tracked from Ghostery, though). Saves me - together with ABP - heaps of bandwidth and loading time. Even saves a bit of energy by not serving that many adds, analytics and social media buttons from hundreds of server. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.4.1).
This addon didn't work for me (Firefox beta 35), but I found the exact funtionality I was looking for here:
Another working solution seems to be https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/duplicatetab/ - but this add-on doesn't copy the history of the tab over.
Very nice tool. Works like a charme (FF 36)
It seems that it has some trouble with e10s, though. (current nightly) It can't show the tab information yet.
great search extensionThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).
thanks for this add-on!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.8).
Works great for me ... when it is supported ;)
When might it be available for Firefox 30+?
Exactly what I was looking for!
One update would be great though: an option to change the short code to merge windows - Ctrl + Shift + M - as this is used by the Firefox Developer Tools to switch to "responsive Design Mode"
Version 1.6pre4 works up to FF 21. Using Firefox Aurora and Beta at home and the stable version at work. TU workes for me on all FF versions up to 21.x
@mpa2: what exactly doesn't work for you? Maybe you want to add a comment here: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=1702465 ?
One of my most important add-ons!
FYI: for FF 20 and FF 21 (current Beta) use TU version 1.6pre4 on "Developers Channel (Entwicklerecke)" at bottom of this page.
Waiting for a fix for FF 22 (current Aurora)
Works perfectly fine!
thanks for that (tested with Aurora 21)
Will still test this add-on on my stabil version later, but just a heads up that it deaktivated all my add-ons after the installation/restart.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (5.2.1).
Using Fireshot a lot and it has great features. I hooked it up with PhotoShop and also the internal editor is super handy.
No idea what this 'spyware' thing is about - haven't had any problems so far (using it for 4 months now - daily).
Only little drawback is atm that I can't use it on my laptop as I changed to the firefox beta version for testing and the addon isn't compatible yet (FF 16). Almost(!) thinking of switching back to the stable version ... but I guess I'll rather keep on testing ;)
Thanks again for this great tool
