Great neutral persona that I've used ever since Firefox 4.
Thanks for the update. Although Foxytunes had been working for me using Songbird player I'd noticed that the player selection menu had an error in it that has now been fixed. I still wish for usability improvements but for now I'm just glad that Foxytunes hasn't been totally abandoned.
By the way I got the new version 220.127.116.11 that is compatible up to Firefox 8 through an automatic update but so far it isn't showing on AMO in the all versions section. The download link can be found on Foxytunes.com
Very useful extension, although I wish I didn't need it anymore but many old addons still use statusbar buttons that can't be moved individually. Works well in Firefox 6.
Great extension that enhances the useful keyword search feature in Firefox. I wonder why this hasn't been updated here since it seems to work well in the current Firefox (6.02) and the beta version as well.
Nice little addition to Google search, works well with Firefox 5.
Amazingly useful extension that I've used ever since Firefox 1.0. It still works well in Firefox 5 despite not being updated in almost three years. I'm a little worried with the rapid release system that at the some point this extension will break, but for now everything works as long as you disable compatibility check.
Really simple to use and reliable extension to sync bookmarks across computers. I've used this for years and never lost any bookmarks. It's also handy to be able to log on to the Xmarks website to view your bookmarks from any computer. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.0.1).
Great extension that makes it very easy to recover accidentally closed tabs. The only improvement I'd like to have is the ability to reopen closed windows too, but it's not that important.
I'm a little confused why the 3.7.3 version with the new, correctly sized icon and better support for Firefox 4 that was released almost four months ago is still experimental and not marked compatible with Firefox 5 while the older version gets its compatibility bumped automatically. 3.7.3 works well in Firefox 5 with compatibility check disabled.
Foxytunes is a great addon that I've used for years with different players. It's a shame that its development seems to have stalled. Although the extension still works in Firefox 5 with compatibility check disabled, I wish there would be official updates especially considering the rapid releases.
It's also annoying that you can't move the player controls as regulars buttons on the addons bar and if you click on the song name it opens a tab on the Foxytunes Planet site with a redirect to Yahoo! Music even though the Planet Site has been discontinued for a long time.
Hopefully the developers haven't abandoned the extension and are working on new version with better support for new Firefox features.
Thanks a lot for the update. The new version seems very snappy compared to the old one which I actually had to disable because it kept hanging Firefox up.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5.1).
Thanks a lot for the update to this great add-on! Showing the last visited date of a bookmark should be a default feature on Firefox.
Great enhancement to Adblock Plus. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.1).
Great add-on, absolute necessity on some sites. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.3.3).
I use Dog Ears daily and find it very useful and easy to use. The only problem I have is if Firefox crashes the dog ears I've added since it last started will be lost. I hope this could be addressed in future development. Thanks for a great extension. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5).
