RTLzr
Half the job done Rated 3 out of 5 stars
It injects a style="direction: ltr;" entry in the page source (in the <html> tag) and it switches that entry, but it doesn't account for any dir="ltr" entries already existing in the <html> tag of some pages. So the results are not 100% correct.
Locationbar³
OK as a replacement... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
...now that the original stopped working with newer versions of firefox, but has some issues. I just filed https://github.com/simonlindholm/locationbar2/issues/3 for example.
Firefox Interest Dashboard
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Really cool, but gets a few things wrong. I guess it will improve over time.
Is this by the way the outcome of Mozilla Labs: Prospector and about:profile?
Copy Plain Text 2
Perfect!!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Simply does what it says.
One minor thing though... the "reformat special characters" option should be split to finer-grained options because one might want to convert only a few of the supported special characters.
Restartless Restart
The perfect restarting addon Rated 5 out of 5 stars
...I've been using it since v1 back in 2010! 5* all the way!!!
It seems that some latest nightly 34.0a1 build must have broken something. The addon closes firefox instead of restarting it.
This in itself is not an issue, but I have set my session manager to save a session on each restart and now I keep loosing my browsing sessions each time I restart using RR.
PS: sorry for posting an issue here, but the "issues" page on github leads to a 404.
Tab Mix Plus
The first addon I install in every fresh installation of firefox... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
...that plus session manager.
I've been using the dev versions since they came out, but what bugs me for the couple of the latest builds is that the changelog is not updated to let us know what's been changed. Oh well, one can only ask for so much and I completely understand that the developer might not have the time.
Contact Tabs
Does not integrate with MoreFunctionsForAddressBook addon Rated 4 out of 5 stars
...I would revise my rating of this addon to 5 stars if only it supported MFFAB:
https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html
The main (if not the only) feature I use from this other addon is that it adds an "Other E-mails" tab to each contact allowing you to add up to another 5 email addresses to each contact besides the already 2 allowed by TB by default.
When opening a contact from the Contact Tabs interface, these additional email addresses are not shown neither are they available through the edit mode. So in order to add more than 2 addresses to my contacts, I have to keep going back to the old Tools -> Address Book menu and use the crappy UI that TB has by default (the reason I'm using Contact Tabs in the first place).
Would love it if you supported this life-saving addon that actually solves a problem that people seem to be having with TB for more than a decade now:

Backward Forward History Dropdown
Rated 3 out of 5 stars
...been some time now that the addon hasn't been updated and it doesn't work with the latest versions of firefox - especially now with the new Australis UI that has landed in the latest nightlies.
I'm giving it 3 stars because it used to work fine for years. I will revise my rating once it works with the newest versions of firefox.
Edit [April 6, 2014]: ...I just gave the 0.2.9 version a spin and it does work. Still not changing my rating because:
a) took quite some time before it got fixed and the drop-down looks big and bulky with a large gap between the back button.
b) in the meantime I switched to using Classic Theme Restorer + Classic Toolbar Buttons that work perfectly providing a minimal drop-down history button attached to the right of a combined back/forward button.
So, sorry, still 3 stars for old times sake ;)
Back/forward dropmarker
Doesn't work with latest versions of firefox Rated 2 out of 5 stars
...been some time now that the extension has not been updated and it doesn't work with the latest versions of firefox - especially now with the new Australis UI that landed in the latest nightlies.I'm giving it 2 stars for old times sake. Willing to give it another go once it's updated and revise my rating.
Edit: ...well it seems that Backward/Forward History Dropdown 0.2.4 doesn't work either but fortunately Classic Theme Restorer 1.0.0.20131125a has an option to enable a dropdown that so far works fine. Sorry, but my 5 stars will go to that addon.
Stop-or-Reload Button
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Doesn't work with the new Austalis UI (firefox nightly 28.0a1) + the Classic Theme Restorer extension.
...5 stars because it used t work great all these past years ;)
Menu Icons Plus
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I disabled CuteMenu and CuteIcons over this addon and it works great!
...the only thing missing that I somehow cannot get to work are the checkmarks and radio buttons icons (I'm using the default theme that comes with firefox).
Session Manager
Icons missing or their place not remembered after restart... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
...after the last update of the nightly and the upgrade to the Australis interface I either do not see the icons in the customize toolbar tab at all or when I finally do (after lots of restarts), then either their place is not remembered or I only get the session save button (the one with the blue disk) and not the tab restore one (with the red cross).
Still 5 stars from me though because of all the hard work but into it and for being a life-saver all these past years. I believe that these issues will be resolved soon.
PS: I see the above issue on a fresh profile with a bare minimum of addons: TMP, Nightly Tester Tools and the newly created Classic Theme Restorer.
Semantic Checker
Should not lock the icon in the addon bar... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
I'm giving this a 4 star rating merely for the fact the the icon/button is locked in the addon bar. This leaves users that want to keep the addon bar hidden with no alternative.
I'm willing to change my rating to 5 stars if the maintainer would make it so that the icon can be placed in any toolbar ;)
Paste to Tab and Go
Would be perfect... Rated 4 out of 5 stars
...if only it provided configurable keyboard shortcuts as others have previously requested and/or buttons that can be placed on the toolbar.

Perfect! Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Only a minor issue: the toolbar icon is a few pixels larger than the default and thus causes the rest of the toolbar buttons to grow in size to match it. This wastes a few pixels off of the vertical screen space.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The latest version 8 that was supposed to fix compatibility with latest nightlies worked for a couple of days and has now stopped working again :/
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (7.1-signed).Mozilla Labs: Prospector - about:profile
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Unless this is some conflict with another recently updated addon, this addon stopped working in latest nightlies. It only displays a "The address isn't valid" message.
Oh, well. It was good for as long as I had it ;)
Searchbar Autosizer
minor bug... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The "Empty searchbar when a query is submitted" feature no longer works in latest 21.0a1 nightlies (even tried the 2.0.15 version from SourceForge).
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.14.1-signed.1-signed).Screengrab!
Doesn't work on latest nightlies... Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I'm currently using the latest 20.0a1, but I rememebr having this issue with 19.x nightlies too (perhaps 18.x as well - not sure).
The image is not saved on disk. The copy function works though and the image is loaded in the system clipboard for further use.
Image Toolbar
Does not work in latest nightlies Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Amazing addon! It's been some time now though that it simply doesn't save images. The save dialog comes up, you can edit the filename and hit the "Save" button, but nothing happens?!?
