Goodbye Adobe Reader Rated 5 out of 5 stars
After seeing an IT security presentation at my previous (Fortune 500) employer, I have been sensitive to the risk of PDF documents and Adobe vulnerabilities. At my current startup, I had been nervous every time I clicked on a PDF. I had been using PDF.js at home since before it was in the add-ons, but it just occurred to me that it might be a one-click install. I have it installed and I just set Mozilla Firefox as the default application for opening PDF files - it works like a charm. I'm keeping Adobe Reader installed in case I find any issues, but I expect to use PDF.js for 99+% of PDFs based on my experiences at home. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.537.1-signed.1-signed).

This add-on does exactly what I was looking for (searches all open tabs in all windows), it provides a keyboard shortcut to operate (which I like since I tend to use the mouse only as required), and it doesn't mess with my private information. Perfect! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.1).
