I love this but preferred the earlier version that uses just Ctrl to toggle. Could you have that be a separate app instead of a different version so I can turn automatic updates back on for my extensions. Right now, in order to stay with ver 1.0 I have to manually check for and update all of my extensions. This user has 2 previous reviews of this add-on.
I too have loved this add-on but don't like the change to Ctrl-F11 to trigger. Either change it back or make it configurable please. This user has other reviews of this add-on.
Very useful but it ver 0.4.0 broke Side Tabs 1.0. I'd rather have Side Tabs so, regrettably I removed Tab Mix.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.0).
Love this but tab mix plus 4.0 broke it.
Not working properly in FF v7 - won't allow me to turn on a disabled add-on to check it.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9).
Seemed useful until I figured out it disables the use of the F3 key to find next.
This add-on is completely unnecessary. I get the same effect in FF 4.01 by 1) Setting up keyboard shortcuts in the Manage Search Engines options of the search bar (g for Google, a for Amazon, etc.) 2) Put my default search engine at the top of the list. 3) Take the Manage Search Engines off the task bar. 4) Typing any phrase with spaces in it in the address bar will now automatically do a search using your default (top of the list) search engine. If you're searching for a single word just put the shortcut key in front of it like 'a keyboards' to search for keyboards on Amazon.Granted it has a couple of other bells and whistles but I really don't need them. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.7.20110418).
Very handy little add-on. For my needs it would be perfect if it could auto un-hide the bars when your mouse goes to the top or bottom window edge. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0).
Love this for maximizing the viewable page. Only problem is the mini Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons don't work properly (with FF4.0.1 at least.) Clicking on any of them shuts down Firefox and you'll notice if you mouse to the right of them the trigger zones are still in there normal places. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.6).
Simple and readable
This is actually a great security application once you spend the time to learn it. In addition to giving you a great deal of control over what cookies are saved and which aren't, it provides advertising and tracking site blocking, secure form filling, an encrypted site login capability that can replace Firefox's.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.61).
This doesn't use theme colors for the background which makes it impossible to read the tabs when using a theme with dark background and light text color. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.7.4).
Great Add-on. It works very well with many sites that firefox doesn't display properly but some still need to go IE such as Sharepoint sites. Suggestions:
1. Allow us to add a site to a list that will always open in external IE
2. Allow Ctrl-Scroll Wheel to zoom the font sizes as it does in both IE and Firefox.
I like this autofill since it gives you pretty much complete control as to how a form is filled out. It's not great for non-programmers though as you need to define your own matching patterns using regular expressions. Programmers will love it though.
One suggestion - assuming patterns are matched in the order entered - it would be nice if there was a capability to easily reorder the patterns.
Great extension BUT as there's no more 'Tools' menu with Firefox 4 there's no way now to set a page to always open in IEThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (22.214.171.124).
