Menu Location Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Many thanks for the developers for their great work. CookieSwap is a very useful add-on.
In my opinion, CookieSwap doesn't have any problem in its functionality. The only problem I have with it is its menu location and I think it should be moved to the Navigation Toolbar instead of the Add-On bar which is not normally used by most addons anymore . That's the only reason I gave CookieSwap four stars.
Steps to rollback to the previous version (188.8.131.52) Rated 4 out of 5 stars
All of us faced many problems after updating to version 184.108.40.206 which crashes all the time. As many people did, I tried to rollback to version 220.127.116.11 - which used to work without any problem - and I found that it's not working anymore and that it has the same problems found in ver. 18.104.22.168!!!!
After some hacking, I found out that the problem is due to using plugin-container in the new version and when we rollback to the previous version, the related setting stays there causing the same same problems.
So, to rollback to version 22.214.171.124 do the following:
1- Type about:config in the address bar
2- Search for the setting named dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npietab2.dll (this setting enables the plugin to use plugin-container process).
3- Right-click on it and reset.
4- Go to the "All versions" page at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/92382/versions/ and install version 126.96.36.199.
Thanks for the developers for maintaining this great plugin and I hope they could figure out the reason of the problems in their new version.
