How To Fix To Get 720 with 1080 Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Go to the addon's website (linked above) and download the addon as an .xpi file (instead of installing it). The .xpi is just a .zip file, so open it. Inside, go to the "chrome" folder, and open the .jar file with an archive program. Inside the .jar, go into the "content" folder, and open "clickYoutube_overlay.js" in a text editor. Find where it says this:

if (clickYoutubeD.isVideoSupportFullHD(doc)) {
downloadLinks.appendChild(clickYoutubeD.setRLink(doc, "/ FULL HD", "HD 1080p - 1920x1080"));
}

Change it to say this:

if (clickYoutubeD.isVideoSupportFullHD(doc)) {
downloadLinks.appendChild(clickYoutubeD.setRLink(doc, "HD", "HD 720p - 1280x720"));
downloadLinks.appendChild(clickYoutubeD.setRLink(doc, "/ FULL HD", "HD 1080p - 1920x1080"));
}

Do this in both places in the .js file. Put the .js back in the .jar, and put the .jar back in the .xpi. Install the .xpi in Firefox. Done.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5).
