Enhancer for YouTube™

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Very good extension, but on FF57 I get the occasional "A web page is slowing down your browser" when I visit Youtube, to the point where it can take a few seconds to show my subscription box. I´ve stopped using the dark themes, but this doesn´t fix it either. Youtube does feel "slower" overall.
I will update my rating as soon as these things are fixed.

Save Page WE

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

A super-useful addon, thanks so much, Mr. Developer.

However, it does not allow me to save nested images on a certain page, no matter what options I choose, and then it gives me some kinf of "bug", leaving the page unresponsive. Here´s an example of what always happens in the same website:

There´s no way (that I can find) to save all of the nested images, and as soon as I click any other image than the main one on the saved page, a get an unclickable, uncloseable pop-up that leaves the tab completely unresponsive.

Any chance to save the images on this particular page, mate?

Foxy Gestures

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Pretty good replacement for Firegestures on FF 57. Creating new gestures is very simple (delete with right click not as intuitive for some people, it seems). Main problem is it doesn´t work with Mozilla/FF pages (similar behaviour to Chrome addons) and sometimes it doesn´t work with the random page here and there.
Other than that, a very good and even more promising addon.
Thanks a lot, Mr. Developer!

Swift Selection Search

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

UPDATE: you gave us backup settings, so you get your 5 stars, as promised. Please consider introducing folders for one-click searches on multiple websites, mate.

AWESOME extension. My go-to search extension as of right now. Very similar to SearchBar for Chrome (but still not as polished). One star less because:

1) No backup settings: I´ve spent a long time updating and adding new searches, and if my profile got corrupted I have no way to recover them. Same thing if I want to use it on another computer. Please make this your n1 priority, Mr. Developer.

2) Arrow up/down is a major pain in the ass when you have many extensions (I´ve read it will be fixed)

3) It would be great if you could add a "folder" system, so we can make multiple searches with a single click.

Other than that, my favorite search addon. I will be giving five (or six!) stars as you soon as you give us backup settings.

Thanks a lot, Mr. Developer!

Magic Actions for YouTube™

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

It works great... when it does, which is not often. No other extension I have gets broken as often as this one.
As of today, with FF 56.0.2, it shows a BLANK SCREEN whenever I open Youtube. Utterly unusable.
It works fine on Chrome, though, as per usual...

Video Blocker

Working great Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I don´t know what people are smoking here, but this is working for me on FF 54.0.1 x64, even while using "Enhancer for Youtube" at the same time.

At first I did try copying the Youtube address and add it to the filter, but that doesn´t work, you have to use the name channel, or just use the right click menu and add it, which is the easiest way to do it.

Absolutely no issues after using it for a month.

Thanks so much, Mr. Developer!

Disappointing Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I absolutely agree with the previous user. I only use one default folder (my desktop) so a drop-down menu is both unnecessary and uncomfortable to use, and a problem Deskcut does not have.

Moreover, I tried to use this addon since Deskcut is not compatible with multiprocess, but it turns out your addon isn´t either, so it´s back to Deskcut for me, due to the aforementioned reason.

So I wish you reconsider in both fronts, and if so, I´ll be updating my review to 5 stars.

Thanks for your work, anyway.

No longer works on 57.0 Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Great extension, very useful, but no longer works on 57.0. Any chance to get it back, Mr. Developer?

NextVid Stopper for YouTube

Both limited and broken Rated 3 out of 5 stars

This is not compatible with multiprocess, and it hasn´t been updated since forever.

And even if it wasn´t broken, I do need auto-pause in fullscreen (since that´s how I watch most of my videos) which is feature I can get by using "Magic actions", which is both compatible, and happens to have a ton more features.

As such, no real reason to keep using this addon, as of today.

Great addon. Performance issues? Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It works great even with e10s enabled on FF49.0.2 (No idea what the previous user means by "breaks multi-processing", it´s still enabled for me). However, if I check the about:performance tab, it´s constantly at the top of my slowest addons:

"FireGestures seems to have slown down Firefox very often".

As such, not sure if it´s actually hurting my performance more than I think.

Fastest Search - Browse/Search Faster!

The very best search addon in the world Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Congratulations, dude!

I'm afraid there are still compatibility issues even with Version 3.39.2 and e10s manually enabled, and all other addons disabled: I still cannot export/import searches, and the right click to preview in Smart Searchbox does not open the preview panel either (Switching to "Default preview" does nothing either). As soon as I manually disable e10s, they both work perfectly. (W8.1x64 and FF49.0.2)

Could you please look at it?

The worst performance I've ever seen... Rated 1 out of 5 stars

...after a decade using Firefox.
Lastpass is notoriously slow, but this is just unbelievable. Even with every single option disabled (other than autofill passwords) the performance is EXTREMELY slow, not just the browsing, even the FF menus take noticeabley longer to appear on screen. I literally have never seen anything like this. Tested on W8.1x64 and FF49.0.2

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (6.7.2249).

LastPass Password Manager

Terrible performance Rated 2 out of 5 stars

A great password manager, that slows down my browser to a crawl. It´s so bad that I even moved to Chrome until I found this guy was the culprit.
The fact that version 3.x is not the latest version at all, yet Lastpass insists in not updating it here, sounds REALLY FISHY. This version is not compatible with e10s, and version 4.x has an even worse performance.
Still looking for a fully functional, LIGHTWEIGHT password manager.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.3.1).

Fast, but limited Rated 3 out of 5 stars

It does not work at all with multiple login hotmail/live accounts, since it´s unable to detect the Microsoft login form properly (How can a password manager not work with one of the main mail accounts in the planet is beyond me).

It also keeps asking me to "update" my login credentials on many sites, even when the login pages have not changed.

More complicated/less user friendly/worse UI than Lastpass or Sticky Password. It took me a while to figure out a way not to enter a master password every single time I boot my system (Create and use a key).

No easy way to sync with the cloud, unlike most password managers out there (You require a physical copy of your database for every computer you use it in, or you have to set it up via dropbox).

In his defense, it´s the fastest password manager I´ve tried so far, slowing down my browser far less than Blur (terrible), Lastpass 4.x (very bad) or Sticky Password (far from great).

Tested on W8.1x64 with FF 49.0.2.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6.3).

"Not compatible" with multiproccess Rated 4 out of 5 stars

And yet still working like a champ, after all these years. Main problem being I cannot be 100% sure it´s not causing any undetected performance issues with e10s, which is why I have to take a star out of it. Otherwise, great.

Super useful Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Super useful

YouTube Center

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This extension is fantastic, one of the most useful I have in my browser, actually.

If people who rate things bothered to READ first, you´ll know there have been several upgrades since this version. It´s true the latest 2.1.7 version has already started to misbehave, but it´s still working reasonably well with FF 35.

I could only hope the developer continues his work, I´m going to miss it like crazy if he doesn´t.

Extremely convenient Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Working fine on FF 29.0.1 so far.

Unlike the similar "All-in-One Gestures", this one has a "Backup settings" feature.

However, there are no diagonals (plenty useful for my needs, anyway) and more importantly, no default option for "Focus last selected tab" option, but you can add that script manually copypasting these settings:

if ("tabFocusManager" in FireGestures == false) {
// init tab focus manager
FireGestures.tabFocusManager = {

i: 0,
_tabHistory: [],

focusLastSelectedTab: function() {

(Super-useful feature and worth a try, IMO.)

Thanks Mr. Developer!
