Status-4-Evar

Status-4-Evar ✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯ Rated 5 out of 5 stars

After using Fission for a couple years I got very used to seeing "everything" in the location bar. During the FF4 beta days when they decided to eliminate the ability to see the url links in the location bar I almost went back to FF3. Finding this add-on back then saved the day for me. I for one like to see the url links and the network status with alignment to the left, (I don't use the default status) in the location bar. I rarely ever need to see the add-on/status bar, if I do the keyboard shortcut CTRL + / opens it up. I also use "Extension Options Menu" as a menu shortcut if I need to reconfigure add-ons. Not having the add-on bar wasting screen space and having all the info I want in the location bar is for me, very much appreciated! MISTER SPARKY BLUEFANG, Thank You For All The Hard Work And Time You Put Into This!!! Also for your userscript: Firefox 4 stop/go/reload on the left. Thanks! Using W7 x64

Iconic Firefox Menu

Huge improvement over default button! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I was surprised at how FF4 went with such an ugly menu button with text and no icon. Like how this add-on saves space and makes the button background just a little transparent. Working fine on FF4b10 w/W7 64bit. I changed the userChrome.css in my profile folder to keep tabs in title bar when not maximized and to also change the button background color blue. Thank you, great job.

Tab Mix Plus

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Using the latest beta version (http://tmp.garyr.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10888) and for me it is working flawlessly on FF4b10 w/W7 64bit. This was the one extension keeping me from moving to FF4 permanently vs FF4 portable. Definitely one of my must have add-ons. Thank you!!!

Googlepedia

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

For those that use googlepedia I thought I would share my workaround since googles' change recently. First of all I really like the search option of being able to define the search in relation to time, so completely removing the sidebar was not something I wanted to do. With the change to google search, googlepedia would not display properly or not at all. I used one userscript which allows the sidebar to be toggled off and on http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/76155 and one userstyle http://userstyles.org/styles/29418. I then had to go into the userstyle and edit it to read:

@namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml);

@-moz-document domain(google.com)

{#leftnav {display:important;}

#center_col {margin-left:0; margin-right:0 !important;}

It would be nice if someone could put all this together in one userscript or userstyle but this works easily enough. I hope this is useful for anyone using firefox w/googlepedia.
