An installation glitch was due to a glitch with firefox, not this extension.
Thank you for creating it -- it works swell!
I will continue to give this add-on a 5-Star rating .. and hoping it is fixed. Thank you in advance for correcting the shortfall!
And THANK YOU to ralf-199999 for that interim fix -- it works just GREAT!
A once terrific Add-on stopped working several weeks ago. None of my calendars read or write to or from Google any longer.
Please fix, and I will be more than happy to revise my review. Thank you.
. . appears to work with any site. A real shame as it worked superbly in the past. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.3.1-signed).
This add-on worked wonderfully in the past. It no longer does. Users are routinely informed that a Google translation is not supported, and are then directed to a Microsoft-based translation . . for which no translation is shown. Junk. Don't bother unless the developer gets off their horse and returns this add-on's functionality. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.8.1-signed).
Make it work for FF8
by stevenvh on November 8, 2011
To make Googlebar 0.9.20 work in Firefox 8:
1. Download the googlebar XPI
2. Open it with 7-Zip or another ZIP manager
3. Edit install.rdf and change the maxVersion value "8.*";
4. Save and let 7-Zip update the XPI
5. Drag and drop the file to Firefox
6. Restart Firefox
Nope. Doesn't work. Googlebar is presently nonfunctional as it is incompatible with FF8 and cannot be made to be compatible using the above suggestion.
Why spoil what was once a good add-on with annoying spyware? What has your add-on to do with "superfish.com"?
Folks, don't bother with installing this add-on.
This add-on, like others that allow one to view their Google calendar within Thunderbird, no longer works. It hangs at the Loading screen . . . .
This add-on worked just fine until yesterday; like others have experienced it now hangs up on the loading screen. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.8). This user has a previous review of this add-on.

ThunderBrowse was an exceptionally useful add-on for Thunderbird, however neither this version nor v 3.7 that awaits review by Mozzila work with TB5.If ThunderBrowse is enabled no email message appears in the message pane. ThunderBrowse options can be selected but not actually implemented; only "Cancel" works on the Options window that opens. Please update this add-on to be fully compatible with TB5.Windows XP Pro SP3 • Firefox 5 • Thunderbird 5This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.3.5).

This may very well be a wonderful add-on. There's been no update since the beginning of the year and I was really surprised/disappointed to read there is no user manual to actually describe how this add-on is to be configured and function. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3b4.0+.2009110800).
GREAT add-on! Only AFTER installing the latest Thunderbird update today did they bother to inform the user that new version is incompatible with Lightning. There would have gone access to my calendar and all of its appointments, etc. had it not been for your add-on.
Looks and sounds like a great Add-On -- it doesn't work with Firefox 3.6.
