It doesn't work at all for me in Thunderbird 3.1.10. There's no visible menu option for setting the expiration date.
The system as described is of little use. Setting the expiry relative to the current date, or being able to set the expiry to a specific date using a calendar would be better.
It works well, but suddenly in 4.0b13pre the icon for the shortener has disappeared from the URL bar. There's no context menu to shorted the current URL.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.1-signed).
This is one of the most useful add-ons. I quickly miss it when I use other web browsers that do not have this feature.
I do wish there was a way to change the icon for it, particularly when I change the theme of the browser but it keeps the original icon.
Works great. I wish there were a context menu entry or keyboard shortcut for it, though. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3).
Not only does it not work, but it breaks Firefox 3.5 on Ubuntu. There's a blank space in the Tools menu, presumably where Shorten URL should be, and web pages don't load properly. (Style sheets appear to be ignored.)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.4).
