Foxlingo's been pretty good; when I use Intertran via some other method it's not much better than nothing. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.1.4).
It has very nice features.(like bookmark items marked as readed/unreaded, and rss tooltips on toolbar) but it is terribly slow, using bookmark sidebar turns into torture, so I don't use it.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (126.96.36.199).
This extension does exactly what it says. Its pretty handy for many situations, and I've never encountered a problem. Kudos to the developers!
I only have one major problem: For my purposes, it would be MUCH more useful to have an option for site white-listing, instead of black-listing. Thats the only thing that prevented me from giving it a 10/10.
Great job. Hope to see more useful extensions like this.
Very good extension. Should be in Firefox by default. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.0.1).
This extension does exactly what it says it will. It makes finding terms on long pages very easy. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.4).
Cool extension, and does what it says. I'd just like to request that the process of adding a website be easier, e.g. you can add websites to a slot by clicking it in the speed dial window instead of having to open the site before you can add it (kinda really like Opera's speed dial). Also, I'd love if there were some way to rearrange the ordering of the speed dial sites. Thanks! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.1).
Very effective and useful extension. I especially like the new configurable interface, I would've asked for it otherwise :-)
There are two little changes I would make:
1. (Easy change) In the options panel, change "Hide from Tools Menu" to "Show in Tools Menu", enabled by default. It's a purely psychological thing, but it means no particular interface is canonical, and also looks like the user didn't choose to hide it away, merely to not show anything.
2. (Harder change) Stealther doesn't stop recording into History > Recently Closed Tabs. This still records a certain amount of history.
Anyway, well done on an extension which largely "just works".
I really like the attempt... But the name is incorrect; it should be "Wannabe Vista Mail". I actually own Vista and a lot of it is minimalism, not flashy red & black colors, come on! Just look at IE 7, last time I checked, it was a soothing color blue. Black is great but when overdone it's a killer on the eyes. Also, you should change/edit some of the icons because some look like crud. Smooth out the colors, make black & grey, or gold or whatever. I'd like to have this theme as the default but in every window I find, there is some kind of messed-up detail that ruins everything (e.g. the icon you used for "attachments"). Nice try, but that's far from perfection (or at least a "7" rating from me).
KDE, GNOME, Xfce... and soon, I hope, TwisterMc!! the ultimate desktop environment... LOLThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0).
This kicks HUGE ass! :OThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.56).
I'd like a checkbox to tell chroma tabs whether to make a different color for subdomains or not. thanks
I really like that this reader stores old feeds into an SQLite DB, and the interface is pretty nice. Just a request, though; couldn't the sidebar in the Brief tab be an actual sidebar? I use All-in-One Sidebar extensively, and I would really prefer if you could just display the feed list in the sidebar. Thanks! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6).
The archive.org button works as expected on pages that are down or have a different page not found message, and the page automatically loads an archived version of the page when '404 - Page Not Found' is in the title. All in all, a simple extension that does what it says.
However, I find it funny that visiting the extension page AMO triggers the loading of a page from archive.org due to the extension's name. Consider changing the name, as it's very distracting. If possible, make the automatic loading an option you can turn off, with possibly a whitelist so that false positives won't be loaded again. Thanks!
I had hoped this would be in Firefox 2.0 by default, but I'm glad someone's decided to extend it in.
this is the best one yet. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.5.3).
This is a great add-on. But it takes up room on the monitor. It would be nice if you can auto-hide it until the mouse is near.
now thats what i call "Smart"This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2).
Doesn't work with IMDB. Cannot save actor pictures with this.
There are new tabbar buttons that aren't mentioned in the skin's description. How do I remove the "undo" button, add the "Add-ons" button back to the tabbar (like the last version), and remove the ">>" button? Also, is it possible to reorder the buttons? Thanks. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.0603).
Super great tool for us unlucky ones who has to screen scrape. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (9.8.1).
