Works well for the most part. The icon is still placed in the status bar (deprecated in current versions of FF) so it can't be moved. Fix that and it's a 5 star app. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (188.8.131.52.1-signed).
This is an amazingly useful application. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to turn the menu bar on to launch it. Even works in FF 7!
Sorry, need to update my post from earlier today.
The first regression was actually an issue with having both the Firefox Sync and User Agent Switcher (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59/) addons enabled at the same time. Disabled User Agent Switcher and autologin now works.
The second is still an issue.
A couple of regressions in the 1.4 release.
First, services.sync.autoconnect has a default value of true but I need to manually click Tools -> Sync -> Connect to get connected every time I launch the browser. Works right in 4.0b1 but not in 3.5.10 or 3.6.7.
Second, the status notification was removed from the Status Bar. The error notification is still there if a sync fails but the icon that says I'm connected is gone. This is the same for 4.0b1, 3.5.10 and 3.6.7.
A great tool if at least the first issue gets fixed.
I follow the Beta update channel in Firefox and wasn't getting updated to today's release of 3.6.6. I switched to the Release update channel, restarted my browser and then was able to update. I'm back on the Beta update channel again but thought people should know. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5).
