Needs to be updated, but you can get it to work by simply installing this add-on to stop the compatibility check:
New version here:
While this is a great add-on, it's very frustrating that the uploaded images cannot be added as part of my account, despite being logged in and my username appearing in the upper right hand corner of the page. I don't get how that is working, well not working...
Fixing that would make this a 5 star add-on.
One additional nice option, if possible, would be to allow changing of the uploaded file name or to allow the same image to be uploaded again since Imgur doesn't seem to allow changing of the name. A couple of dozen times I've been unable to use the image uploaded because a couple of characters in the name represent a smiley face or some emoticon. So the ability to upload the same item again, especially for screenshots of selected portions of the screen, would be great.
This was a great find and saved my butt a # of times, but I have found that it eats up somewhere between 50 and 100mb, something I can't afford with only 1gb of ram. It slows the start of firefox by a good 15-30 seconds and also slows the changing from tab to tab and opening of popups. I'm on ff 3.6.11. I'm going to give the textarea cache a try but will be happy to reinstall lazarus when/if these issues are worked out. I really like some of the advanced capabilities, just can't give up the cpu/ram loss. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.5).
This is killing me, does anyone have a replacement for this add-on that works in 3.6, 3.7 and/or 4?
Please update... This extension is an absolute must have for me. Quite honestly, it should not be needed, this is a basic item that should be built into Firefox. But since it's not......
Can only give it 2 stars now since I have to disable compatibility checking for every FF installation and profile I have:(
It's been a year since the last update. I'm guessing the author has abandoned the project. Too bad, it was a great idea. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.1).
Generally I like it, but desperately need a way to control the speed of the scrolling.
This is a great add-on and a must for anyone who receives more than 10 emails a day. The one thing I would like to see them improve, and they have come a long way, is the amount of space it takes up. Keep up the great work! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (3.0a14).
