something is wrong. the button is grey. ff Version is 22.0. add-on info Staates it would be compatible with ff 15.0 - 25.0.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1.1).
As some people might notices the login does not work for google or amazon anymore. That is because the add-on checks for <input>-tags of type "text" rather the "email" type that is used by google login. For those who feel fit enough and don't want to wait for an update, here is a workaround:
1 ) Find the "secureLogin@blueimp.net.xpi" inside the "extension" directory inside your Firefox profile directory.
2) Unzip into a work directory (it's a simple ."zip" file despite the file extension ".xpi"), you can use 7-zip for example.
3) Navigate to the "chrome/content" sub-directory and locate the "secureLogin.js" file.
4) Open with a text editor.
5) see https://gist.github.com/4112052 for changes.
6) zip contents again and rename ".zip" file to "secureLogin@blueimp.net.xpi" and replace the one in "extension" directory (firefox should not be running while you do this) with your new file.
Great. I replaced barlesque. Minor annoyance: breaks the "inspect element" feature of firefox (the bottom information line is not visible). It seems that the "inspect element" bottom line aligns itself to the status bar and is somehow not able to locate it, or maybe this extension here moves the status bar beyond screen. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.1-signed).
Is it wanted behaviour, that when using GM_xmlHttpRequest instead of native xmlHttpRequest, cookies are treated as third- party cookies?
Other than that, the most useful add-on for Firefox (besides Firebug). :-)
I agrre with FM33, the character encoding bug is a deal breaker. :-( Messed up some of my precious archived pages. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.3).
