Tbird updated today so I forced an update on Lightning (rt.click on it in Addons) to get 2.6.3 today - yay! Google Calendar is working on the properties/location of my old calendar: (https://firstname.lastname@example.org/events)..as well as the new calendar I created from the change instructions (https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/*****%40gmail.com/events) Not sure which to keep. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.6.3). I hope it will work with google calendar again soon. I created a new CalDav calendar with google's ICAL address - instructions were a big vague. Since it currently doesn't work in Tbird 24 + Lightning 2.6 I can't even test it. More info here:
Scrolling no longer works properly with QG enabled. I love this addon but must disable it as browser unusable without scrolling. Previous would have been 5 stars
Firefox Beta 22.0 for android 4.2.1 on ASUS transformer pad TF700T
This addon inserts the browser name "Mozilla Firefox" into the text - why? I cannot get rid of this so will probably uninstall. Too bad. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0).
I tried to register at the forum to report a bug in 0.4.0.4pre.120724a and got a NASTY message about being a spammer. Great addon but awful forum captcha test and v. poor website manners. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.0.3).
I still use this in v17 for the tiny menu icon. Combined with disabling the menu bar and putting all my buttons in the nagivation toolbar, it saves a lot of screen real-estate. I hate the orange Fx button - or ANY application crap in the titlebar as it messes up my Windows setup. This user has 3 previous reviews of this add-on.
Saves so much time over buttons and keyboard shortcuts. I wish I could use it in Thunderbird. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.6.8).
Thanks for updating this - much improved. I now use it in both firefox and thunderbird. This user has other reviews of this add-on.
I had to uninstall this addon. Every time I "customized" a toolbar, the function was "grayed" out everywhere, requiring restart. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.2.0). This user has other reviews of this add-on.
Archiving to folders was a life save in TB2. But after adding Buttons 5.3.2 to TB 3.0.4 I get an error "folder you selected is invalid". Setting to add a new folder doesn't work. Buttons 5-stars. Upgrades 0-stars.
I must wait for a version that works with Thunderbird 3 before I can upgrade. :(
Love this addon, but latest 1.0.6 for Fx 3.5.3 messes the time in the source pane. (v1.0.4 was fine) File time of 1:07 pm displays just "1"; instead of 10:08 just "10". I cannot find anywhere to report this, sorry. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.6).
I never got to find out what I thought of this addon. My home button became unusable and I had to disable it. Use 23 addons so maybe a conflict. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2).
I won't upgrade to F3 until MenuX is available - can't function without it.
If Mouse Gestures doesn't work in Firefox 3, I won't upgrade! Can't live without it.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5.2).
Saves space!! but... I created a new toolbar (so many buttons, so little space) but was not able to toggle it with this new addon: Compact Menu | View | Toolbars\r\nI found a button (Buttons!) that says \"hide/show Toolbars\" and this toggled the new toolbar fine.\r\nThen I created a second new toolbar and it displays on starting Thunderbird. Couldn\'t find any way to remove it and finally dragged all the buttons back to the customize \'bin\'.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0.3).
Love buttons to save toolbar space! I\'m not sure it this is where it came from, but my Menu button (replaces the entire main menu) displays the bookmark submenu on top of the menu instead of beside it like the others.
