This is such a great theme. I have a hard time bearing Firefox until I apply FXChrome. It's a significant UI cleanup. I'm also really impressed by how consistently the developer puts out updates. New versions of stable Firefox are almost assuredly paired with an update to FXChrome. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (27.6). This user has a previous review of this add-on.
This notifier is simple and works well out of the box. With all the ceased development on previous GMail notification add-ons (most notably: GMail Manager and GMail Watcher), I was worried Firefox would be left without a decent GMail checking solution. This add-on fills the shoes of its predecessors well. Add to this that it's open source on GitHub... just wow. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.3.3.1-signed).
This add-on is a fantastic time-saver for my organizational OCD. Not only can I sort my entire bookmark tree with a couple clicks, but I can even specify alternative sorting mechanisms and use separate settings for the bookmarks toolbar. Many thanks for making this add-on.
Thoroughly impressed! Once the Firefox team finishes their tab animations, it'll be hard to distinguish this from Chrome. The Chrome imitation even reaches into the add-ons page! Thanks for your work on this. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (11.7).
In its 0.5 days, it worked relatively well with minor bugs. Since 0.6, the dev made many changes, introducing many bugs and removing features. Add to this that the dev is MIA for 5 months, and it's time to move on to a new add-on.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.6.1).
This add-on is great for deleting site icons from bookmarks when an incorrect icon gets associated or when sites update their favicons but the bookmark doesn't recognize the change. It has worked well for me, ever since I found it back in the Firefox 3.0 days. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0).
This add-on has potential to be great, but all it is right now is an add-on browser. Some crucial functionality is missing:
1) Ability to install all add-ons in a collection, leaving currently installed add-ons in-tact
2) Ability to install all add-ons in a collection, disabling all currently installed add-ons
3) Ability to distinguish which add-ons in a collection are already installed
A terrific extension, a staple in my add-on collection. Only two drawbacks: 1) it takes longer to check inbox than actually loading the gmail web page (which displays new messages).
2) 3 months since an update (as of this writing), so still no firefox 3.5 support
Works well but shortcut (ctrl+shift+x) does not work. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.4.2).
