The title says it all, every time I select text, I get an additional "Search with Google" in the context menu (the menu that pops up when I right click on a page). I fixed it by disabling IE8 Activities for Firefox. It might be a bug in combination with another addon (I have heaps), but I'm not sure.
This extension allows you to save YouTube videos from the cache with DownloadHelper, without having to download it a second time. In BetterCache settings, set the filter list as a whitelist, add video/flv as a mime-type (and maybe video/x-flv too), click OK.
Then go to a YouTube video page, allow the video to load, click on the DownloadHelper icon and select the cached version. (The non-cached version has the YouTube favicon beside it, the cached has two rectangles with a red arrow.) It should download instantaneously from your cache.
This doesn't allow the video to persist through back/forward navigation, as YouTube redirects you to a different location for the FLV every time you view the page. Perhaps when the extension author allows filtering by address as well as mime-type, whitelisting "www.youtube.com/get_video" will fix this.
(I gave this extension 4 stars because it needs interface improvements, but it's fine.)
