My Reviews

AllowClipboard Helper

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Doesn't work in google docs, which is my only reason for getting this add-on. :(

Favicon Picker 3

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Awesome add-on. Works exactly as described. However a suggestion for a future update would be to also have it work on folder icons.

Web2PDF Converter

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

What if I don't want all that crap on the side of the page? Is there a way to select what you want to save? Otherwise, how is this different than selecting the print option and selecting the PDF option?

RE: This "fun little experiment" needs a lot of work Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I see some people are being really picky about something that is optional and free, and unfairly giving one star ratings.

"1. The menus are seriously a joke. They completely clash with this theme."

The menus are fine. I don't see how exactly they 'clash' with the theme. I could see how they would clash if the menus were bright pink. They are gray just other parts of the theme. I really don't understand your complain there.

"2. The back button has a line that goes down to the bottom of the forward button. Please elimate that line to make that element more attractive."

It's barely noticeable unless you're 2cm from the screen, but I agree. Once you know it's there it's hard not to notice it.

"3. The "close" button on tabs and the actual tabs themselves don't line up perfectly."

I don't see what you mean. They look perfectly fine to me.

"4. Make the tabs fit the tab bar."

Tabs DO fit the tab bar. The only one that doesn't is the currently active one. It's common in a lot of themes to have the active tab bigger of smaller than the others. Also this theme doesn't exaggerate the size difference like I've seen others do. It's perfectly fine the way it is.

"5. The address bar's green security block stretches onto the location bar itself. Fit it to the beginning and eliminate the cross-under."

Again, this must be a problem on your end because I don't see what you're talking about. Everything is exactly as it should be on my end.

"9. Consider versions with glowing colors. I notice that when the address bar and "Search" bar are clicked they are outlined in blue... expand that to the rest of the theme."

I agree with you there.

"10. Besides the simplicity of the menus, the menu bars' listings do not start at the top of the bar, instead a little bit down. Make them start at the top, it looks better."

Either I don't understand what you're talking about or you're grasping at straws. No program in existence (that I've seen anyways) has menu bars that start at the top. Open internet explorer or just explorer and you'll see. The menus aren't at the top. They're in the middle.

I love how you actually listen to the people that use your theme - your fans.

I'm gladly re-installing this fine work. I'm also thinking of making a donation whenever I get some extra cash.

Keep up the good work!

Useful but buggy Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I've been using this extension for a little while now, and I've noticed that when I use it to add a tag my CPU usage shoots up to 99% and stays there for a while. Recently it even caused Firefox to freeze completely.

I understand that I don't have a dual core computer or anything like that, but I don't understand why an extension to that basically adds a prefix and postfix around some selected text would need a power house of a computer.

The only logical conclusion on can come to is that there's something seriously wrong with the coding of this extension.

Abduction! - Webpage Screenshots Screen Capture

Great Add-on! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

The add-on works perfectly and saves countless minutes disassembling a screen shot to show what you want to show (those minutes add up fast!).

As others have said; the only thing lacking is the ability to copy the selected portion directly to the clipboard for easy pasting into an appliction like photoshop.

Maybe also a check box for a close after save/copy option near the buttons.
