I've been waiting for a replacement to the outdated Checkbox Mate extension for a loooong time, and the other add-ons that made you right-click and choose menu options just didn't do the same thing.
This is simple, intuitive, and just what I need to use many, many times at work every day to check/uncheck a selection of about 40 boxes. One difference from the original Checkbox Mate though is that you must click inside the first checkbox, then drag- instead of just near it. But, I'm OK with that.
its hard to keep a sleek, minimalist theme going with fifty random icons for sites you want to check out later cluttering up precious toolbar space... but i know if i put links in folders right away i'd completely forget about them. every day i'd have to collect all the links and email them to myself, or just delete them and get rid of the visual distraction they caused. now i don't have to choose between a clean theme and what's worth saving to check out later.
thanks for posting the FF3 link ken, thats just what i came here looking for.
Awesome- I use FlickrFox daily at the office to browse Flickr in the slim sidebar while other pages load. To any nosy coworkers who glance at my screen it looks like I'm working hard, not aimlessly procrastinating with flickr!
If you're logged in it also shows new content from your personal pools/groups, which is invaluable. Saves a TON of time compared to loading the full pool galleries just to see if there's anything worthwhile.
Thanks so much for this extension, I wouldn't want to browse without it!
Once you've used FavLoc you won't want to ever be without it. The ability to switch a download destination folder with zero lag is a huge help when saving hundreds of pictures or files.
